Basically, minions that get frozen lose one attack. So if the minion does not attack..and gets frozen then it lost the attack they had that turn, so they get unfrozen for next turn and their next attack (btw.. a rush minion that gets frozen before it attacks also losses an attack so it will also get unfrozen.. same for windfurry minions that attack once and then get frozen..etc..)
