Anyone that plays this switcheroo priest OTK deck is a unintelligent little bitch who doesn’t want to win games through thought and using their brain power. I only play Wild so it is broken there too. Only way to beat it consistently is Mage with ice block

Name a class and I’ll tell you a counter. Every single class has counters. Starfish is a neutral counter to start with.
you can deal with T3 2*12/12 or even 1 20/20 charge: basically any hard remove, freeze trap, freeze , freeze + shatter , poison(s), silence, assassinate, deadly ... . if your deck has no way to deal with big / big buffed minions, ie no defense, thats an issue of the deck. nothing to do with switcheroo. how do you plan on stopping giants, 8/8s, buffed minions etc?
Good luck dealing with 2x 40 attack boars with charge in wild on any class except mage (yes, that happens later than t3 but they can still do 2x 20 attack boars with charge on t3 with coin). And even for mage you need one of two specific secrets and some follow-up.

Priest is one or two removal spells from being able to put together a few great decks. Hysteria hurt bad and there was very little removal this expansion, but lots of draw… hysteria, mass hysteria, dragon fire potion, something better than light bomb. Against all odds doesn’t work anymore and whirlpool is too expensive and can hit your own deck.

Sudden BetrayalMisdirection can stop both attacks plus plenty of other secrets that negate one of the 20 attack boars.

I gave this deck a whirl when it first came out, and it was surprisingly consistent... for like 2 days. However, the meta has settled out a bit now, it's a one-trick pony and it's honestly not nearly as bad as other Wild shenanigans that have required attention in the past. At this point I don't see an issue with it.
The shills in this game are so disgusting, people point out something obviously broken and unfun. And the shills suggest that every other player should run something that weakens their deck just in case they face priest while it weakens them against most other matchups. This is the stupidest and most disingenous argument a player can make for something to be balanced when it is clearly not.
That’s some real bronze rank thinking. If you don’t run silence or removal in your deck, and you are losing to buffed minions that you can’t deal with, it doesn’t make your deck weaker.
So weird how I have consistently made legend with that bronze rank mentality. I must be the luckiest man alive.

Not that it is consistent and a guarantee, but: Blademaster Okani, Freezing Trap, Dirty Rat into Devolve or into freeze, Pressure Plate, Savory Deviate Delight, Demonic Project, Annoy-o-Tron, can all potentially counter Switcheroo Priest scams
