Yeah, its a sweet effect but the stats are weak. Not really threatening on his own. He'll be used in meme/highlight reel decks for streamers and homebrewers like me but competitively speaking he won't be as strong as you think.
Was Moonfang that great? I mean, it saw/sees some very niche play but...
That's because you can use hard removals on Moonfang and there aren't many ways to create copies of Moonfangs.
No. That's because respawning a minion is not a good strategy to win. There are far better options, like OTK the opponent's face. Why should you put cards in your deck to support a respawning a minion strategy when you can simply put the same amount of cards to OTK your opponent?

Well.. if you only play OTK deck... why even bother coming here to discuss Korrak? By the way... Resurrection priest would like a discussion with you about your statement : "Respawning a minion is not a good strategy to win"
Sure you can silence him. People are trying to exploit summoning him through other mean and duplicating him. So, while you can silence him once... if they are 4 of them in play... you would need an aoe silence (which you might not have on hand).
Not saying he is unbeatable. But a lot of people see potential in him in a lot of deck.. Either by duplicating him or as for myself... as an easy target for Sacrificial Warlock.
For sure 3 attack isnt much, but it adds Up rly fast. Pally can buff, Rogue has some synergy with multiple deathrattle so u can summon more. Priest can Do some shennanigans with it. It will be a top Legend of the set for sure.
There will be games where he snowballs out of control, and in those games he will seem unfair. But most of the time he is just a minion with 3 attack and 5 health
From what I've seen in the streams the card is really average or even bad, and you don't need silence or transform effect to make it bad, it's really easy to honorably kill it or ignore it for most decks.
It's just not impactful or sticky enough as a 3/5, even for classes that can take advantage of the deathrattle, but I think it might be decent in handbuff decks

It's not like the deathrattle will keep handbuffs or anything though. So nah, the card is bad, no two ways around it.
Uhhmmm, If this wasn't honorably killed summon a copy of it. Draw a card that cost 4 or less, trigger it's deathrattle. Deathrattle: If this wasn't honorably killed summon a copy of it, Have you actually read what these cards do?
Cool concept, but 3 attack is just not cutting it.
Oh wow, infinite minion? well it's just 3 attack, tho. Control outheals/out-taunts 3 damage. Aggro just goes around.
I doubt he will have that much of an impact, sadly.

Anyone know if Unstable Shadow Blast , Piercing Shot & Trampling Rhino interact with him?
I mean, you can just silence him right?
Only Trampling Rhino can honorably kill it and won't trigger the Deathrattle, but not Unstable Shadow Blast & Piercing Shot

OP is overreacting, for sure, but I think it'll be a good card.
Rogue can Preparation + Sketchy Information on turn 1 to summon him. And then have the other one in hand.
It will be a strong play but not unbeatable.
