Guys, do i have a mistake in my thinking, or is this the most powerful mini-expansion card? Opposing minions can also be selected, and so you can greatly decimate the opposing board for 3 mana if you don't have a board yourself...

You play Optimistic Ogre and Hysteria it in Standard. In Wild its an OTH with Wretched Tiller + Deathspeaker and then you Hysteria the Tiller. It is a very broken card.

Card Design ChampionI believe you can't target immune characters with any cards, but can't say for sure.
Edit: This is wrong - I was misleaded by the fact you cannot target enemy Immune characters, and I did not know that is not the case for friendly characters.
It's a solid card, but it's more or less more removal in two classes that have plenty of it. But I think it's worth playing in decks that want cheaper cards.
Warlocks might not need it with cascading disaster, but priest certainly needs something in standard that doesn't say "pull a random card out of your ass"
Immune characters can be actively targeted by the controlling player, although any resulting damage will still be prevented. For example, a player can use healing and destroy effects on their own Immune hero or minions to full effect.
Wiki seems to think they can. Absurd if true.

It's really good on priest, but its kind of hard to use. Reminds me of defile.
You CAN target immune minions with spells as i have tested vs AI with Illidari Felblade and used Eye Beam on it.
Yeah. Wretched Tiller, Deathspeaker on this, Deathspeaker on any other minion, play Hysteria on Tiller. Because it says “until it dies”, it will keep going forever.
Tiller, deathspeaker, shrinkmeister on tiller, hysteria. No extra minions needed.
Jesus christ. Finja, Flying Star on 5. It has stealth, so it's fine. On 6 deathspeaker, hysteria. Deck full of cheap murlocs. Miracle priest.

This is snip-snap / reckless experimenter all over again. Did you see the finja version? No damage, but full mill. So many backups and contingencies. Tempo murloc priest with res and infinite mill!

These are better combos than what I thought of. My first thought was to combo with a moonfang (possibly with increased health) to do 6 damage a few times. But that's 9-10 mana.
