This card is basically better than a "Deal 2 damage to all minions" card like Volcanic Potion because it can clear Divine Shield and kill all 1 Health minion, yet it costs 2 Mana. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost to 3.
I know you've seen this coming from just reading the title, so let's just jump straight to my balance suggestion(s). My balance suggestion #1 is to increase the Mana cost to 4, since it is weaker than Blade Flurry, but it does not destroy your weapon. My balance suggestion #2 is to increase the Mana cost to 3 and make it deal damage to 3 random minions, NOT random enemy minions. My balance suggestion #3 is to change the text from "...your hero's Attack..." to "...your weapon's Attack...", so it loses some synergy with cards like Twin Slice.
Compared to Duskbreaker, Shardshatter Mystic is faster and its effect is a little bit easier to activate, since Soul deck easily puts Soul Fragments into the deck. My balance suggestion is to destroy 2 Soul Fragments instead of just 1, which makes sense, since the effect is powerful, it requires more Soul Fragments.
It's a powercrept Arcane Intellect. The reward is also extremely insane. With the reward, it's like a 3 Mana draw 4. Even Cutting Class requires effort to be more valuable than Arcane Intellect. My balance suggestion #1 is to reduce the extra cards drawn from 2 to 1. My balance suggestion #2 is to increase the Mana cost to 4, so that players must make sure that the extra cards are drawn, or else they will lose value.
First of all, even the base stat is crazy good for 6 Mana. This is worsened by the fact that it can go down to 1 Mana and Demon Hunter can easily gain 6 Attack. Insane. My balance suggestion is to increase the initial cost from 6 to 8, then change the text to "Costs (1) less for each Attack your hero has".
Insane effect attached to a 7 Mana body. Demon Hunter's Demons are insane. Ancient Void Hound, Hulking Overfiend, Priestess of Fury, Bladed Lady, Wrathspike Brute, etc. Many of the class' low cost (below 5 Mana) minions are not Demons, so a deck can easily be built around it. My balance suggestion is to reduce the body from 7/9 to 5/9.
2 Mana card that has a total of 4+ Mana of effects. It's not only better than Wild Growth, it's also faster, meaning that it grants 1 more total Mana than Wild Growth. Now, I do think that Wild Growth is a little weak, so my balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost to 3, flip the effect (draw a card is the extra effect, the gain Mana crystal is the primary effect), and gain a Mana crystal instead of an empty Mana crystal.
Too much value. 0 Mana deal 3 damage and 10 Mana double Cenarion Ward. My balance suggestion is to increase both of the cards' Mana cost from 2 to 3, and make Lunar Eclipse able to deal damage to face.
Druid can quickly get to 10 Mana easily. With access to Overgrowth, Breath of Dreams, Innervate, and Lightning Bloom, at the best scenario, Druid can reach 10 Mana Crystal at Turn 4 if you are first. No joke. Want me to prove it? Innervate + Breath of Dreams Turn 1, Innervate + Overgrowth Turn 2, Breath of Dreams + Overgrowth Turn 3, and boom, 10 Mana crystals at Turn 4. +4/+4 to everything, even for 10 Mana, is too much. For other classes, this card is fine, or even too weak for aggro because it's too slow, but for Druid specifically, it's too strong. My balance suggestion is to reduce the buff from +4/+4 to +3/+3 to reduce the card's power a little bit.
It's cheap, it's quick, it can turn 1/1 Minions into 9/9 that can kill 8/8 minions (the most common stat line for high-cost minions) and survive. It's a powercrept Cryostasis, by a long shot. My balance suggestion is to reduce the buff from +8/+8 to +7/+7.
8/8 card with Taunt and Divine Shield is AT LEAST worth 8 Mana. Let's say that the Health restoration is worth 1 Mana. Unlike other Librams, this one is already balanced even on base, and that's not good. My balance suggestion is to reduce the Health restoration from 8 to 7 and reduce the stats from 8/8 to 7/7.
There is a reason why people play Shadow Word: Death and not Shadow Word: Pain. With Shadow Word: Pain, there is not many cards you can kill that can give you an advantage. With Shadow Word: Death, there is a LOT. Sure, it's less useful against aggro decks, but this is Priest, and Priest is generally good at anti-aggro strategies. The cheapest card that you can kill with Shadow Word: Death is Rock Rager at 2 Mana, and the most is 10 Mana minion. So, by playing this card, you AT LEAST trade value, and AT MOST gain 8 Mana advantage, which is insane in my opinion. The concept is the same with Shadow Word: Ruin. Every minion that you destroy will at least give you neutral value, or at most give you 8 Mana advantage, simply because the targets of the card are high-cost minions. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost of both cards to 3 and 5, respectively.
My problem with Tickatus is that it is too easy to corrupt. The synergy with Y'Shaarj, the Defiler and Felosophy is just too good. In total, it can burn like 20 cards. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost from 6 to 8 and increase the stats from 8/8 to 12/12. With this update, it's not as easy to corrupt, but is more powerful and more threatening when played.
The card is too good because it can deal a total of 16 damage in itself, and paired with Doctor Krastinov and Hoard Pillager, it can be an absolute pain to deal with. Sure, you can destroy it, but weapon affecting neutral cards are garbage, because there really aren't many weapons that are worth destroying (or stealing). My balance suggestion is to change the text to "...your hero attacks and kills a minion...", so that the user cannot just go face and plant the bomb easily.
Look at 1 card: Soggoth the Slitherer. The card has similar stat distribution as the two cards above, but, not only it costs 2 Mana more, not only it does not have any tribe like Beast or Dragon, but also it does not have Reborn! More emphasis goes to Winged Guardian. That card is absolutely busted and I'm surprised nobody really complained about it. My balance suggestion for Evasive Drakonid and Winged Guardian is to increase the Mana cost to 8 and 9, respectively, from 7.
2 Mana body with powerful effects. Let's face it, nobody uses this card to re-equip a Fiery War Axe. People use it to re-equip Wrenchcalibur or Doomhammer. But let's say that we use it to equip Fiery War Axe. It's still a 1 Mana advantage. No matter what weapon you re-equip, you don't really have any loss for using it, as long as you have any destroyed weapon. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost to 5 from 4 Mana.
demon hunter was powercreeped into oblivion because the class didnt have shit from previous years, and blizzard also stated that the demon hunter cards will rotate out
I am 50/50 on whether this is serious or not. Half of these cards are totally legitimate contenders for the nerf hammer (Tickatus and Blade Dance and Bladed Lady esp). But Blur?? Pit Commander?? I’ve never even seen these played in standard at any rank.
So if you were making a sarcastic post making fun of other nerf threads, you diluted your point into oblivion by including legitimately powerful cards.
But if this isn’t sarcastic at all, then I guess you are playing in apprentice ranks where Blur sees play?
I literally just said my opinion. The fact that you insulted me for just having an opinion shows how toxic Hearthstone fanbase is.
The fact that the mentality is "Either I agree with you on EVERYTHING, or you are pathetic loser" is why you probably deserve being done dirty by Blizzard.
It looks like I wasn't being clear enough, so let me make it clear. It's my opinion. It's fine if you disagree with me, but I'd like to know why. Please do not attack me for having an opinion.
Anyway, for Blur, it's not because it does not see play. I'm just looking at it from value standpoint. But yes, I think it does not see play, so I should've thought twice about it.
For Pit Commander, it's the same reason why people hate Voidlord, it's just not there yet. People hate Voidlord SIMPLY because it's played together with N'Zoth (the first N'Zoth, not the second). Without N'Zoth, the card is mediocre. A 5 Mana body with 3 Mana Deathrattle for a 9 Mana card is not impressive at all. I think it's similar with Pit Commander. The reason it has not seen play (yet) is because there aren't enough cards to build a Tier 1 deck around it.
So, what about the other cards? I'm not interested in you attacking me for having an opinion. I'm interested in your opinion about why you disagree with me.

I'll bite, this post seem sincere, and I think the comment section has been a little unfriendly.
I do appriciate the thought you went through to suggest balances, even if they are a little off the mark, imho. I'm not going through all of these cards, just the ones that stick out.
Blur and Pitlord they don't need to be changed. This cards are incredibly inoffensive. You do mention that you think Pit Lord is similar to Void Lord. Not really? People didn't like Void Lord because it came down on 5 or 6 and was resummoned by two different cards, Gul'dan and N'zoth. As strong as Demon Hunter is right now, it is no where as strong as Cubelock was.
Skull is interesting. I think adjusting the discount is probably for the best. I agree that (2) is probably good, because chaning the cost to 7 would be a bit too much.
Bladed Lady if it is changed, making it a 5/5 is probably okay. But instead of changing that card, changing the cards that enable it, Twin Slice and Lapadary are probably better contenders.
Shardshatter, just make it a Duskbreaker, we don't need a better Duskbreaker. i.e change cost to 4.
Acrobatics says it costs 3, but in reality it costs 5, 6, or sometimes 7. I don't think this needs a change. It's good when it's good and subpar when it isn't.
The Eclipses are fine, they only see play in a Malygos deck, which seems like Bait. Don't give Druid more face spells.
Survival of the Fittest, probably change Overgrowth to 5 instead of this card. If Druid takes the first 5 turns off, they're pretty vulnerable.
Foxy Fraud is fine, especially if Edwin gets HoF.
Tickatus is a feels bad card but not overpowered, imo. If all Warlock is doing is faituging you, you can put their life to 0 pretty easily. If they changed anything about this card, it should be the cards milled. But the data says this card and the deck it's in are pretty bad.
Wrechcalibur change the damage of the bombs, not the weapon.
Again, I apologize that you're being teased in the comments. I'm sure my response will get some negativity too. Like you said this is all opinion based, and if you're willing to come on and discuss these topics you feel strongly about, I feel I should too.
Nah, don't feel attacked mate, I'm just having a giggle at how Blur, one of the most unseen and situational cards, is number one and Tickatus, the most impactful and universally hated legendary currently, is number 17.
That IS assuming that these cards are listed in order of investment in your opinion.
There is a reason Blur doesn't see play.. It does little to nothing on its own. If you're scrapped for cards, and desperately need some good draws to keep the game going, pulling this is a nightmare. Especially if you're trying to get some good draws from Skull of Gul'dan for instance. This card just doesn't do enough for a class as active as Demon Hunter. It can't be used for anything outside its niche purpose, and even then, it accomplishes nothing on its own. It requires the aid of other resources to be useful at all. It's just a slow, dead-hand card that doesn't fit with how active Demon Hunter needs to be. I'm just surprised you put Blur down as a problem card when Relentless Pursuit exists.. A card that essentially serves the same purpose, but actually able to accomplish something on its own with a bit more flexibility.
I won't go into detail on every item on this list, and I believe there are some valid contenders here, don't get me wrong. Just some.. Surprising choices too.
I'd suggest putting Blur lower on the list so it's not the first thing people see since that's a particularly controversial opinion. Gotta warm the people up.
Sorry.. which one is the toxic response/insult again? I thought all the other people only gives an opinion too, why do you angry so much? I thought you said it's fine if we were disagree.
I am 50/50 on whether this is serious or not. Half of these cards are totally legitimate contenders for the nerf hammer (Tickatus and Blade Dance and Bladed Lady esp). But Blur?? Pit Commander?? I’ve never even seen these played in standard at any rank.

Please read my newest comment.
Ok. Saw it. Fair enough. I hear you. Let me say this first: I do like the idea of a lot of cards getting nerfed (which you've suggested). That would keep the meta fresh, and I'm shocked that there have been no nerfs post-DMF launch. So in a broad regard, I like where your head is at.
Additionally, I think your suggestions for Skull of Guldan and Shardshatter Mystic are very good and fair. Tickatus too, for that matter.
Regarding some of the other cards:
Blur: I think the reason Blur is OK in DH is that it is taking up a spot in a deck that easily draws all of its cards. In a deck like that, every card needs to do something (preferably damage the enemy hero), and blur basically does nothing. DH simply has such powerful tools that even after a rotation, blur still won't make it imo. However, I totally admit to being open to eating my words in a few months. Zero cost spells ALWAYS have the potential for being OP.
Hammer of Naaru: I think your calculations on the value of the card are fair, but I think that the card isn't that great because of when it's played. A card that is basically 6-mana do-nothing (as a 3 attack weapon isn't that good at turn 6 and later) isn't an issue.
I hear you on Breath of Dreams, but it's not really OP in the current meta and the only shake-up we'll get before rotation is the mini-expansion in a few weeks, so I don't feel that that card is really an issue.
And finally: My apologies. Didn't realize the post was serious initially. I absolutely HATE it when someone wants to discuss nerfs and 90% of the forum is just people saying "No nerfs needed. git gud" It's absolutely infuriating and makes the entire idea of a site like Hearthpwn obsolete. So for my participation in that culture of idiocy, my apologies.
Does anyone else think Carnival Clown could be looking at a nerf? I’ve played some games against Druid, and to me, it seems likely there would be something coming Druid’s way for the lack of interactions with Survival of the Fittest Druid can have a board of 56/56 before you could even play Flamestrike or twisting nethers
I imagine this limits some design, they really can’t give Druid anymore hand/deck buff effects without totally blowing this out of the water, the same would be true for any other ramp cards. Has me missing the days when all I had to complain about was Embiggen
So you're saying that Shardshatter Mystic is better than Duskbreaker because holding a dragon in hand is too much of a condition compared to shuffling soul fragments in deck but then proceed to tell us that Breath of Dreams is too good. I think 2 mana draw 1 card is not that great and about the condition... judging from your comparision between Mystic and Duskbreaker, holding a dragon is a big requirement so I don't see why Breath of Dreams should be nerfed.
And to give you my point of view. Shardshatter Mystic is perfectly fine, his stats are alright for a 3 drop, 2 health is really a joke because you want more health than attack on a minion. So 3 mana 3/2 is basically equal to a 4 mana 3/3. Also the condition may be harder to achieve than Duskbreaker's. Why? Because first, you need to draw and play a card that shuffles sould fragments into your deck. Then you destroy those fragments in order to trigger the effect but in order to do so you could shut down other cards like Soulshard Lapidary or Soulciologist Malicia while Duskbreaker only requires you to have a dragon in hand and if you build your deck accordingly, you will always have the effect active.
There are also many other nerfs that I don't agree with but I won't explain why for each of them, it would take too long.

I mean... no. Voidlord would be good anyway. Voidlord eats 4 removal effects, or one removal and a 3 damage aoe. It completely shuts down aggro short of a silence effect and was really easy to cheat out.
I think your post started off pretty good and it made some very sensible suggestions then got pretty silly. Cards being better than soggoth the slitherer is not a problem. Cards being good is not a problem.
OMEGALUL one priest card and zero mage cards, thought i forgot about this until someone commented again. Laughed hard again. OG priest/mage mains at the peak of their comedy performance.

DISCLAIMER: This is an opinion, MY opinion. If you disagree, I'd like to know why, but it's fine.
1. Immolation Aura
This card is basically better than a "Deal 2 damage to all minions" card like Volcanic Potion because it can clear Divine Shield and kill all 1 Health minion, yet it costs 2 Mana. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost to 3.
2. Blade Dance
3. Shardshatter Mystic
4. Acrobatics
5. Skull of Gul'dan
The Outcast effect is absolutely insane. It's basically draw 3 and gain 3 Mana. My balance suggestion is to reduce the cost reduction from 3 to 2.
6. Bladed Lady
7. Pit Commander
8. Breath of Dreams
9. Solar Eclipse and Lunar Eclipse
Too much value. 0 Mana deal 3 damage and 10 Mana double Cenarion Ward. My balance suggestion is to increase both of the cards' Mana cost from 2 to 3, and make Lunar Eclipse able to deal damage to face.
10. Survival of the Fittest
11. Blessing of Authority
12. Hammer of the Naaru
6 Mana card that produces 5 Mana minion and a 4 Mana weapon. Too much value. My balance suggestion is to either make the weapon 3/2 or 2/3.
13. Libram of Hope
14. Shadow Word: Death and Shadow Word: Ruin
Every minion that you destroy will at least give you neutral value, or at most give you 8 Mana advantage, simply because the targets of the card are high-cost minions. My balance suggestion is to increase the Mana cost of both cards to 3 and 5, respectively.
15. Foxy Fraud
Basically 0 Mana 3/2. Too good. My balance suggestion is to reduce the stats from 3/2 to 2/1.
16. Tickatus
17. Wrenchcalibur
18. Winged Guardian and Evasive Drakonid
Look at 1 card: Soggoth the Slitherer. The card has similar stat distribution as the two cards above, but, not only it costs 2 Mana more, not only it does not have any tribe like Beast or Dragon, but also it does not have Reborn! My balance suggestion for Evasive Drakonid and Winged Guardian is to increase the Mana cost to 8 and 9, respectively, from 7.
19. Hoard Pillager
Blur?! what the hell you smoking lol
I am happy this is just your opinion and you aren't the balancing team of the game.. fyuh..
demon hunter was powercreeped into oblivion because the class didnt have shit from previous years, and blizzard also stated that the demon hunter cards will rotate out
Stopped taking this seriously when I saw blur, and then pit commander was icing on the cake
Yeah I'm sorry, but I agree with these other people commenting... at least half of the suggestions left me scratching my head

Ok.
I’ve played some games against Druid, and to me, it seems likely there would be something coming Druid’s way for the lack of interactions with Survival of the Fittest
Druid can have a board of 56/56 before you could even play Flamestrike or twisting nethers
I imagine this limits some design, they really can’t give Druid anymore hand/deck buff effects without totally blowing this out of the water, the same would be true for any other ramp cards. Has me missing the days when all I had to complain about was Embiggen
Thank you for the opinions. From a week of more playing, I changed my mind and updated the list.
I mean...
