Dunk Tank is obviously spell damage synergy and with Rune Dagger it's easy to set up face damage plus AoE. On like turn 6?

Feral Spirit would be decent with only 1 overload.

I got legend this expansion by playing highlander shaman with over a 65% winrate. Shaman is good if you know how to build and play it and cards like this only make shaman's control strategy even better than it is now

Fireball is a very, very powerful burn spell on purpose. But 5 damage for 3 is arguably better than 6 damage for 4. You could MAYBE make it only overload for 1, but 6 damage for 3 would give shaman an insane amount of reach. (12 damage for 6 mana) Making these sort of direct comparisons doesn't really make sense. Nagrand Slam is not strictly better than Eye of the Storm, and the two cards serve VERY different purposes.
Dust Devil's design is out of date. When they added Demon Hunter, 1 health minions got significantly worse and Dust Devil was already a very badly designed card. Feral Spirit at 1 overload might be okay. It'd be pretty powerful, but that might work fine. That's a lot of stats for turn 3. Forked Lightning would absolutely see play without overload. Dealing 2 to 2 minions for 1 mana would be a great way to take the board. Little bit of spell damage and your opponent would need to have like... two four drops on the board to maintain board at all. (While since it's only 1 mana you'd be free to play out your own board)
Storm's Wrath is a good card. Mark of the Lotus was busted to hell and isn't in Standard anymore.
Finder's Keepers isn't even in standard anymore, so I don't see your point? Gadgetzan had lots of really badly designed concepts and cards that flat out didn't work at all.

They need to really look at the Shaman core sets. But that's true of most of the classes (even priest still tbh). Shaman's core set is FULL of over-costed, highly situational cards that don't even really fit a particular theme. Totem-based cards that don't need to be. In general especially in the classic set, Overload is mostly a very over-costed mechanic. (It's a bigger downside than the cards cost implies in most cases with a few exceptions)
There're A LOT of cards that have rotated that I thought were cool or that had potential (Thunderhead and Zap for example) that I think they could just sub in to the classic set.

How about having a healthy interesting game where all heroes are competitive and you get to see a variety of decks on ladder?
