I know that Blizzard has a thing for making some pretty crummy meme cards - but this? This is just sad. Yeah, I know, it's a free reward-login card, but just compare it to Kael'thas, which defined a good chunk of the meta before it was nerfed. That was a free login card too - and fuck knows it was more viable than this dog shyte.
I mean, really? Rotate the freaking minions around? There are some very, *very* slight situations where you *might* get, like, a giant or something - but not only do you have to practically build your deck around him, but he's only good for one turn. After that, the enemy gets wise and starts playing along to his carousel effect. It's ludicrous.
it’s basically a trade minions once and when you want it. it also can change board presence for card effects where position matters (such as betrayal or crushing walls)
I disagree. In a meta where there are a lot of big minions it can and will likely be a very good card. Especially in classes that can hero power a token to give to your opponent.
And in what way do you have to build a deck around him?
Just because you have no idea how to use it does not mean that the card is bad.
Silas Darkmoon's effect makes it so your opponent has to be careful about WHERE your opponent places his minions, and rewards you in such a manner. Think of it as a Mind Control Tech with a lot more control about WHAT you steal. It's a lot like The Lurker Below, where your opponent has to position their field in such a way so you cannot get the maximum benefit off of it.
Think of it this way: You can use this in Wild to steal something juicy from a N'zoth or a Gul'dan your opponent plays, or steal a high value minion they have in a control matchup, or a crippling punish if they go all in with Deathwing. You get something valuable and they get stuck with a (comparatively) worse shitty minion. You are underestimating how powerful this minion actually is.
It's a card with a first-of-it's-kind effect (a minion that swaps control of itself and an opponent's minion). You cannot claim a minion is trash if you haven't played with it yet.
So what kind of dog shit we talking the kind that takes your giant and leaves you with a negative DR or we talking the kind that takes your legendary game wining minion so you don't have it? Honestly I want to know this game not having phases only makes this better like so many otherwise wtf cards hell he is even stated to be the given card for a oh shit button
It's not even 30 minutes into the patch and there are already complaints about the legendary. Have you already tried it?
A good general use would be to steal an enemy minion and that's fine, there are combinations too. I don't understand what you're complaining about if you probably don't play it.

the best troll counter ever for a Convincing Infiltrator
In Wild it will be fun to try and give your opponent Majordomo Executus

Lol
No. This card shows some potential, not only steal your opponent's sided minion, but u could rotate your Doomsayer to them.
It's going to be played in Gala priest. Give your opponent a crap minion, get their good.
