I found really interesting how many good legionaries were introduced last expansion, I tried to categorize them in this tier list. I would love to hear your thought´s
I feel good and bad at the same time, but long gone the time when Blizzard printed stupid ass legendaries that served no purpose... every legendary has its place now a tier list is somewhat pointless imo.
Edit: Maybe the DH legendary is a bit expensive for what it does, but still, it has a unique effect.
Polkelt is not staple. I've literally never gone against a deck that's played Polkelt that's done anything but fuck itself over. It's literally a "tell your opponent exactly what you're going to draw for the rest of the game" card so you can play around everything they have.
Jandice is also mediocre.
Literally have not seen Gandling used in a single game so I have no idea why it's so high.
Sphere should definitely be A rank.
Rattlegore is staple for Big Warrior.
Wildclaw is staple for Big Druid.
Turalyon is staple against anything that buffs and Libram Pally is huge rn.
Fireheart is staple for spell/quest sham.
Omu is gimmick and not used that much.
Keymaster is situational but definitely not dust.
And Stelina is a good card by itself that just doesn't have a place rn. Once Control gets big again hand disruption will be important.

What? Polkelt is staple in Hunter and Demon Hunter, Jandice is a staple in every rogue and mage, Omu makes Malygos druid work, quest/spell shaman and Big druid are trashie Tier 3 decks, yeah Rattlegore is staple in Big warrior but that is just a Mid tier 2 deck, Sphere is not that strong (Scrying alone is not that strong), there´s no efficient way to use Keymaster, Turalyon only works in Control Paladin and Stelina hand is garbage, mainly because it depends on Outcast plus the cards just goes into the deck

Are we playing the same game? I disagree with just about everything you said. OP already posted his retort, so I'll only add this: Jandice is used in every viable Mage deck and most Rogue decks. It is certainly one of the best legendaries printed in this expansion if it's flexible enough to be used in as many as 5 different archetypes.

Maaaan .. have a break .. you re far from what HS is today
Polkelt is not staple. I've literally never gone against a deck that's played Polkelt that's done anything but fuck itself over. It's literally a "tell your opponent exactly what you're going to draw for the rest of the game" card so you can play around everything they have. -> have to disagree, because it's one of the best ways to control your strongest draws. Great synergy with Sphere. Definitely deserves to be at A
Jandice is also mediocre. -> not really, it's only bad against aggro. In all other cases it eats a boardclear on it's own or hits for a lot of damage. Deserves to be at A.
Literally have not seen Gandling used in a single game so I have no idea why it's so high.
Sphere should definitely be A rank. -> it's only used in Turtle Mage in standard, so B is fine
Rattlegore is staple for Big Warrior.
Wildclaw is staple for Big Druid. -> i have never seen that card in use other than a wild spiteful keleseth druid
Turalyon is staple against anything that buffs and Libram Pally is huge rn. -> this card is not used at all
Fireheart is staple for spell/quest sham.
Omu is gimmick and not used that much. -> very strong tool for combo deck such a malygos druid
Keymaster is situational but definitely not dust.
And Stelina is a good card by itself that just doesn't have a place rn. Once Control gets big again hand disruption will be important.
Green = Agree
Red= Disagree
A note that's worth mentioning. A card like rattlegore that's staple in Big Warrior doesn't deserve to earn a spot at "Staple" in this list (it should not be arranged like this btw) because this is the only deck it is used in and can function without it almost as good.
So better use a system like this where all legendaries are sorted by their use and impact in the meta. You should not ignore that wild and standard have them in different spots too.
Here is my suggestion for standard:
S Must Have Polkelt, Jandice
A Make your deck stronger Malicia, Alura, Krastinov, Gidra, Ras, Barov, Lilian
B Do not fit every deck Mozaki, Fireheart, Rattlegore, Omu, Illucia, Sphere
C Difficult to use Kreen, Wildclaw, Gandling, Kel'Thuzad
D No home yet Stelina, Slate, Turalyon, Willow, Alabaster, Vectus
Polkelt is not staple. I've literally never gone against a deck that's played Polkelt that's done anything but fuck itself over. It's literally a "tell your opponent exactly what you're going to draw for the rest of the game" card so you can play around everything they have.

Polkeit - though I don't have it, I can't say it's staple now. Haven't played againat it much, those who did except one HL hunter never really changed the game due. I'd put him as high A, I don't doubt he's probably highest A.
On same note, Jandice is probably the only S tier right now, and I've seen Alura in almost every single pally deck, so if there's a second card in S tier, it's her.
Fireheart is B only because Shaman isn't tier'ed, but she's no less than amazing from turn 7 and on. Other than totem shaman thank stinks, there's literally no shaman deck it should be cut from.
Basically, I agree on all others.
Then there's Vectus, which I'm most sad about. It's not there aren't targets, it's most certainly not a 'dust this', but other than tempo priest and DR hunter failure to rise which I hoped would make Vectus viable, this is a card with a current score of F, that is actually "wait for it" at bottom C, and might turn it all around to an A. Waiting for nerfs, after which maybe the meta would allow some shenanigans, but I'm passimistic that I'd have to wait till Decemeber.

Try Hearthstone next time, great game
Ace's list is closest to my rankings
