It's been a few weeks - what are people experiencing with Sphere of Sapience? I really like the card and genuinely want to craft it, but of course I'm not sure if it's a safe craft or not. Thoughts?

I wouldn't. Theres better more useful cards to craft. Sphere doesn't even see all that much play.
I disagree with the other people in this thread. If you're getting good at Turtle Mage, the weapon is veeery good. But it's very limited to specific archetypes as it isn't a good card in general as they say
Turtle mage is crazy good in wild, the deck is far better than quest mage and double the fun, the card by itself is pretty unique and fun, you hate to see weapon removal though.

But that shouldn't mean I would suggest everyone to do the same.
I crafted it because I think the card has a unique effect, has a good golden animation, a neutral card, I had some extra dust so I could afford it, and maybe the most importantly, I can use it in some of the decks I made.
So if you want to have that legendary and have some spare dust, go ahead, I don't think you would regret it. It is a fun and unique card. I use it in every opportunity. But I don't think that it is a must have, meta defining card. If you want to save your dust for some future deck, then don't craft it.
Depends on the kinds of decks you like to play. Do you like combo decks? More dig is good. Do you play stuff like Recruit Warrior or Turtle Mage, where it's really important to have certain cards in deck rather than hand? Then it's also handy.
That's a pretty narrow range of decks. Like, I wouldn't bother putting this into control priest or such, since it just doesn't do enough.
This card is very good in certain decks like Big Warrior or Turtle Mage. It prevents you from drawing some key cards that you want to keep inside your deck (like the big minions in Big Warrior or the Potion of Illusion in Turtle Mage). It has very limited uses right now. If you want it to play something specific then you can craft it. Otherwise, you should be very careful. The card might see more play in the future or become way too niche.
I got a free golden orb with my pre-orser bundle purchase.
I would love to add it to my Malygos Druid, but I'm not sure what card to cut. I can consistently ramp up to 10 mana but then I have to cycle too much to get my combo pieces and many cards are just dead in my hand and taking space.
Currently, I use orb in a "meme" deck. Quest warlock with Rafaam. I get to filter the random legendaries.
It's a cool card, but the problem is if you get a card you don't need at the time but might be important in a few turns, it's now out of reach. This will probably only work for decks that don't want their win condition in hand. But it's cool, I messed around with it in a deck that it didn't fit in, but it still won me some games against, say, bomb warrior.

Haven't seen sphere at all. Like, not once, in the games I've played.
scry doesnt work in an aggro game like hearthstone. Unless combo decks come back it isn't worth anything

Is for control decks, if u can get turn 7-8 surely, I've playing in Big Warrior.
It's a bad card for the same reason most quest cards are bad. If you are not playing Turtle Mage (this name is so bad), then this card is useless.
If they make better cards then scry will definitely work.
I ca see working in Druid ramp up and the play Polk. And gg

Why ppl keep waiting to craft cards?!
Im playing it in Highlander Priest and it helps - always.
This Card won me many matches especially vs agressive decks.
I've crafted Sphere of Sapience golden on day 1.

I was lucky to open it. It's not really worth the dust to craft it, but it's a great tool for almost any deck if you open it in a pack.

From a wild perspective the card is great. Fits right into any Reno deck or combo deck. I don't play standard so I can't give much insight there.
Don't craft single cards, craft decks instead? Is there a deck you want to play that utilizes this card? That's the only relevant question
