In a recent game, I played Lorekeeper Polkelt after an Astromancer Solarian died. The highest cards in my deck were Solarian Prime, followed by Aluneth. However, although Solarian Prime was drawn on the 1st turn after, Aluneth wasn't drawn on the 2nd turn. (Instead, a 2-cost card was drawn, despite my deck being loaded with 3-cost cards.) Is this a bug? If not, can someone explain what I'm missing?
What happened was you shuffled a roaring torch into your deck. If you shuffle a card into your deck after you play your Lorekeeper Polkelt it essentially cancels its effect. At least I believe that's what happened here.
that's weird. You drew a 3 mana Secret after the Medivh's Valet. I wonder if the Forgotten Torch Shuffle messed up the Polkelt effect? or maybe 'Shuffle' in HS actually means 'reorder the cards in your deck'.
Played a game yesterday as tempomage VS big warrior. He played lorekeeper polkelt but it shuffled my deck instead of his. Felt bad for winning this game :/

That's just a visual glitch. It happened to me many times (my opponent plays Polkelt and it shows my deck being shuffled). The cards in my deck are still randomly drawn after that. I suppose his deck is reordered but the game usually doesn't last long enough for me to confirm anything.
Dude it really shuffled my deck not his. Drew all my expensive stuff the next 4 turns. Played on mobile so I can't prove it but I'm sure it shuffled mine.

Oh, I see . . . The Forgotten Torch explains it, my mistake! I didn't realize the shuffle mechanic meaning. Thanks to both

The visual bug happens every time to me., but my cards just come out random. Pretty sure you just drew high cost cards by coincidence.
This happened to me when a priest shuffled that 3 dmg board clear into my deck. An unfortunate side-effect.
