Depends on if it's already been used or not. Germination will give you a copy with it, and then the first minion will get the refresh. Leaving you with one where it's still yet to be activated.
If you use a minion to copy Omu, both will retain Spellburst or you will copy the minion with a spent Spellburst. If you use a spell to copy Omu, you will copy it with active spellburst but the spellburst will only trigger on the Omu that "Saw" the spell be cast in the first place. This will let you chain refresh your mana if you "play your cards right" (literally).
im prty sure cards that you tagged will only copy the minion not the effect ...anyway if thats not happend and every single spell will activate the effect of the warden ...... first few weeks before the next patch gonna be fun Kappa
"Spellburst" is like Reborn. Once the minion's died, even if you copy the minion it won't have it, but if you MAKE a copy of the minion it will have it.
Minions that copy a minion with spellburst active will have spellburst. Otherwise they won't. And that applies to spells too. But if you copy him with a spell, the spellburst will activate after the spell is cast, but before it resolves. Meaning the target's spellburst will activate from casting a spell, but the copy's won't.

Will [card] Forest Warden Omu[/card]s that are made by Faceless Manipulator, Sathrovarr, and Germination all be able to recast the spell burst?
I'm worried that the card will let players draw and play their entire decks in 1 turn.

So you could do like... Forest Warden Omu -> Germination -> Survival of the Fittest -> Guardian Animals
When a minion copies - if spellburst's still on, the copy gets the spellburst as well. If not - then no.
As it was played in the reveal stream, Spellburst triggers after the spell's played, so Germination taunt copy would have spellburst.

Thanks for answering! What I'm getting is that it only works with copy spells and not with minions that make copies.
No it works with both.
