Dragonqueen is a significantly worse card now, and it's a bit of a speculation how well Highlander decks will do next expansion. If you like the card and the decks and want to continue using her anyway, keep it.
If you want to make sure you are not holding on to a card that has no future, disenchant it now, and see what happens next expansion. If, in a month from now, you think you still want Dragonqueen in your collection, you can just recraft it, and nothing was lost.
She's still fine. Even with cards at 1 mana. Though blizzard did make highlander worse with this. It makes it even harder for them to compete with Galakrond.
Is it even worth keeping?
Seems obvious, but no do not DE especially since she has at least a year in standard.
You can disenchant it without any doubts though you are desencanting it for a full cost, you don't lose anything since you can craft it again
She still seems solid. But there no harm in DEing as you get full dust. You can always recraft.

The rule is: if a card is nerfed, disenchant it - and get full dust.
If you want it again later, craft it - you don't lost out on anything.
Enjoy the cards for a week, then dust it. After expansion, is the highlander deck will be still strong? You can considering to recraft it.
Like others have already said, always dust every single card that has been nerfed.
There is never any reason not to do that.

No OP, don't disenchant it now. Wait until the full dust expires.
