It is still satisfying to win against rez priest in wild after pulling Lich King with dirty on 4 thinking he is Raza but I need to share my experience on two cards.
Reno Jackson - He is such a weird card. Against aggro I never draw him and against control decks he is always in my hand in first 3 cards.
Zephrys the Great needs some fix. Yes there have been threads already there for him but really he has to be so dumb? I included two images. Like how is giving me windfury guy any helpful against LK? Edwin really (yes I played two cards so it offered him)? Wow. I got so tilted after this. Premium card in Highlander deck and offers bad cards. Where is hex or poly? I thought it was big enough minion to give me those.

Zephrys will offer you 3 different choices, he will not give 2 similar type of effects. Dunno why would you even want Hex or Polymorph in that situation

I know Zeph can't read intentions of your opponents, card texts but it is rez priest, of course I would like to get hex or poly 100% than just SW:D because it will get resurrected the next turn. I also left 4 mana open to guide him.

You would get Hex or Poly against a Deathrattle. Against just a big minion it offers removal. What did you expect? That Zeph would read opponents Deck and know you are playing against Rez Priest? Death is cheaper than both Poly and Hex and doesn't leave a minion on board. Based on what Zeph sees - the field - he offered the best possible option.
Honestly, what do you want it to do? In 99/100 situations Death is better than Hex or Poly. Deathrattles don't account for these 100, because Zeph already considers them and offers Hex. So you are complaining just because you happened to be in the 1/100 situation, where Hex is better and ONLY, because opponent plays a specific Deck, what Zeph can't possibly know?
Your comment on Reno is just bad luck coupled with confirmation bias.
Zephrys is a card that requires setup. He can only read keywords, mana cost, the number of secrets in play, mana available, health totals, hero powers, stats and hand size.
He doesn't read card text, cards currently in your hand, possible secret text your opponent has, or the matchup (So using zeph against an Ice block is a low rate of succes play)
Even in a world where zephrys is a little bit more intelligent, like reading card text etc, he wouldn't offer polymorph or hex here, because that card is only better than SW: death in the matchup.
He offers Edwin and Winspeaker because he doesn't really know what else to offer. He could offer another kill effect, but that would just be overlap with SW: death, and he thinks SW: death is always better in the scenario where you go for killing lichy.
For zeph to offer Hex/Poly here, he needs to A; Know what style of deck your opponent is playing B; Know what cards are good against that style of deck C; Know when to offer those cards
This is possible, but it's not entirely fair.
Further zeph stuff He will offer Hex/Poly against high mana cost deathrattles. If you need to snipe an ice block, don't put your opponent to low health, and spend mana until you have 6 left, then play Zeph and pray for SI:7 infiltrator to show up Always count for lethal when you have zeph in hand and take Fireball, Lava burst, Savage roar and Bloodlust into account.

Oh right it's a resurrect priest forgot about that. Yeah cause Zeph cant read decks, he will just give you the best possible card in current board state and that is SW Death. The card would be absurd if it could read your opponents deck

Don't be ridiculous.
Have I somewhere said that I expected Zeph to read my opponents deck? I said exactly the opposite, you even read what I wrote? I know that it is more mana efficient and deals with the current situation but cards like sap, hex would be miles better than Edwin or Windspeaker. Like what is even windspeaker doing in these options? Even shieldmasta would be better option to protect my face. I really just got tilted with Edwin and windspeaker options like come on, this is what I get for restricting my deck against 8/8 on board?

Zeph doesn't overlap options. He offered you a removal - the best one possible - and two options different to develop the board. Edwin is pretty much the best minion there is to offer to contest the board, considering you were at low mana. Since he already gave you a removal and a board development, Windspeaker is there simply because it is often oferred, if other options are covered.
It will never give you both Death and Hex, simply because it is programmed to offer a variety of options.
Should Zeph give different tools, which accomplish the same thing, I can already see people like you with the same stupid screen, just against a different opponent, making threads "Zeph is stupid, it offered me two cards, which do the same thing!".

Fair point. Zeph is programmed to remove minions unless specific condition makes it unable to him (4attack, high health, lethal) so sap is out of options too. But it would lock LK out for 2 turns we were at 6 mana. But I want cloud castles with this lol.

The thing about Zephrys, is that he won't predict other cards in your opponents deck, other than the minions on his board. Like, imagine that you are a totally new player, and have no idea of which decks are top meta, and which cards or mechanics are in them. That's how Zephrys is, so from his perspective it's much better to give you a 2 mana removal, so that you can (for example) use your hero power for the 2 mana remaining. I don't know why he offered you the windfury guy, but I can say for sure, that he would never give you 3 options, which have the same effect, like 3 removals or 3 healings.

Hey guys, do you still think Zephrys offers good cards? Always offering removals, so why this was Sap better than SW: Death? This is literally opposing problem I had with OP.

man because that minion is deathrattle. U still dont get it? Zeph recognize deathrattle minion is real threat, so he doesnt want to destroy it, he would give polymorph, mind control or sap. In the first case its a big taunt minion so he would give shadow word: death

That's hilarious XD . Sap was offered because Zeph cant read deathrattles, and sap was the best answer to a deathrattle on a big body for 2 mana. I understand why you got mad for the first case because windspeaker made no sense there, but here you could have just played Lord Barov and kill it with the weapon to take no chances with Zeph.
Apparently Zephrys will offer similar type of effects which does nothing to the board. Why he does not offer bolt or that priest spell to deal 3? But two cards that does the same and useless voidwalker. He offers to deal with only one threat. Whirlwind also damages mine board lol. He does not offered any option for 2/3.

Only by reading your post it seem like hex or poly are better.
Windfury however is strange indeed. The third option should be The Black Knight, this would make more sense
He didn't have mana for the Knight.

Best explanation
They could make Zeph smart enough to know that based on game state, the highest priority is removing the 8/8.
It makes more sense to offer an alternative removal option (like transform) than offering Windspeaker.
Zeph wouldn't see the game state any differently. He would just need to be smarter at drawing conclusions based on what he sees.
