I think this card is very good, especially paired with Umbral Stalker. Rogue may have hand size issues with this though. Auto include in highlander decks for sure.
I don't think this will be played, a least until rotation, rogue already have GOD tier draws with treasure and hero card, better spend the deck slots in invoke cards to support the legendarys.
Nice thing this is a 5 manas instead 4 manas, the game already full of rogues.
Have you tried it? For sure doesn't fit the highlander build, that needs standalone good cards. Too many times the hand is clunky, this would just make it worst. I guess is better suited for a pure galakrond Rogue, one that runs umbral skulker, but it may be too much there too (galakrond Rogue already performs well, not sure what would I cut for umbral skulker and this). Also it doesn't count itself for the cards played: backstab into this will draw one card.
What I'm actually looking forward is the 2 mana discover a battlecry and discount it by 2. Now, that's something.
Normally this would be a great card. But, right now the best Rogue decks don’t need card draw. And thats the problem, this card in the meta it will always be tied to will never need to be played. So I think at best its 400 dust.
In most rogue decks i play my hand is usually too full for this to be good. I think right now it needs to go into exactly the questing/ umbral variant and no others will want to play this until rotation.
I don't generally play miracle rogue myself, so I initally undervalued this - but it's very similar to Gadgetzan Auctioneer in terms of converting cards into draw; only in this case, you have to play the cards up front, but non-spells actually count towards it. So some downside, some upside.
You'll generally want to draw at least 3 off of it to make up for the abysmal stats, which means you'll probably be playing it along with the coins from Umbral Skulker, or in a turn with 0 cost cards (also Galakrond, or Heistbaron - who would fit into a Galakrond deck).
One of my favourite decks is actually Galakrond rogue, though my version is a bit more casual, and I rarely have the handspace for the potential this offers. That said, this potential should be monitored closely.
So you can't craft this card? You actually have to pay for the chapter? When did this game become pay-to-win?
Adventures are actually more budget friendly than expansions. You get every card of the adventure for ~2800 gold, which is pretty easy to save up, while with expansions you can spend upwards of 5000 and still be far from getting everything. Plus for that 2800 gold you get the content of the adventure itself, though I understand if you don't care about that part.
I remember when Blizz shifted from 2 adventures + 2 expansions per year to 3 expansions a lot of people saw it as greedy move because it would make them spend more money. That means, in a lot of people's eyes, 2 adventures put together are less expensive than one expansion.

I hate this card soooooooo much.
This just made Rogue stronger in one of its weakest areas.
This has the potential to just be broken. I think maybe, juuuust maybe, 5 mana is enough to keep it stable, but good lord this is nutty!
this+Umbral= 6 mana 6/5 draw 5
this+Tog's spell=8 mana play 3 zero mana draw 5
this+Glakrond'zero mana cards=5 mana draw 5
i see balanced moments coming in faster galakrond decks
a hard push for Questing Adventurer path
Lackeys + this = crazy card draw.
Rogue can draw 4 with this often. Sprint for 5 and a body. Broken.

Um.. They started with cards you could only get from buying adventures about 4 years ago...
