It's hard to see what deck/s specifically would want it, but fact is, if you get to attack with this once - which has a higher likelihood than normal thanks to stealth - and actually make good use of the mana, it's effectively a 3/5 for 3 (with potential further upside) - while it did cost 4, it's essentially investing that extra mana into the next turn.
Easier to keep alive than Pint-Sized Summoner but you also have to play it later. You usually get one guaranteed proc though so it's certainly an improvement
This fella is gonna enable Embiggen Druid and could be a great addition for Highlander decks. A mini ramp is a great value for these high power decks... (sarcastic hooray)
Solid card, but kinda hard to figure out a home for this. My best guess is a combo deck for the reason of being able to fire off combos sooner or more possible, such as being another copy of Preparation or Innervate for example, as well as getting to the expensive AOE faster for Priest and Mage. I'm not even sure this is good enough to just slot into any Highlander deck though since each card in those decks have to be versatile or just damn good on their own, cards that facilitate combos don't do well in Highlander since you have to cut back on combo pieces making them unreliable.
Note; since this has both a keyword and text, it is actually excluded from Build-a-Beast. I think that's ultimately for the best.

Shaman OTK with this and windfury?
It'd be a little hard to stack its attack up to 15 without having to use a ridiculous amount of cards in one turn.

It's essentially a better statted, much more reliable Pint-Sized Summoner.

Like it a lot. Solid 4 turn play, decent stats, stealth, interesting effect. A coin usable only for that turn would have been OP
This can be very strong in midrange hunter
Interesting card

Only hunter can deal with this card in curve, that is something.
