What's the point of this card? Who wants to run this? Why is this taking a legendary spot?
Any Quest deck at all!?!?!
This card is good for aggro quest decks as 6/5 worth of stats where 2/3 of the stats protect the 4/2. This is great for Tempo decks as it takes back initiative by using the 4/2 to kill whatever minions on board leaving a 2/3. And with control, you get to remove a minion with the 4/2 and have some health savings with the 2/3 taunt.
I swear people just post troll comments all the time, but if it isn't a troll comment then god help us.

When you rate a card, you have to look at the meta and see what is already playable or not. Right now, the control deck that is using Quest is Control Priest. Does this deck want to run this card ? No.
Tempo one are Quest Druid and Quest Shaman. Quest Druid definitely don't want this, since it have far better options, and Quest Shaman is just doesn't good enough to be played seriously, even with this card in the list.
Now Aggro Quest is obviously Quest Hunter, and yes this is the perfect card for this archetype, 2 bodies in 1, rush, beast, 4 mana, and leave a taunt behind.
This card will be only played in Quest Hunter and it will be one of the MVP, but don't talk about other quest deck. The same decks that are playing Questing Explorer will be playing this.
Avarage/bad card. There is only ONE quest deck that can run this (quest priest doesnt want to ress this, quest paladin is so inconsistent on completing the quest that cant run other random card to be even more inconsistent, quest druid cards have stronger power level than this and if you want to complete the quest fast you can't play this card on curve. Other quest decks are shit, so the only deck that can run this with good results is Quest Shaman).
If sidequests activate this card, it's also a avarage since you need to buy the sidequest first and play this card after. If you think better, this card is weaker than Scion of Ruin (same cost) and has the same power of the 3/2 rush with reborn of warrior (same cost and dont need any condition). However, both cards can be used with 2 copies while Kragg is a legendary (1 copy per deck).
So, IMO it's a card for quest shaman, since other quests decks either are horrible or really don't have a slot for it (quest hunter is the most next deck to have a slot for it, but it's an avarage deck)
I find it funny that some of you think I'm trolling. Just because its meant to be run in a quest deck doesnt mean they will run it.
Quest druid won't run it. Quest mage won't. Quest rogue isn't a thing. Quest priest? Hahahah. Quest hunter? Seems good. Quest warrior? Same as quest rogue. quest shaman? Nope. It's just a boring card. Sure you can stick it in to any quest deck but why would you want to
I agree 100% with you. Just quest hunter and quest shaman can run this card (and both are avarage), since other quest decks (priest, druid) really can't run Kragg or have better cards than this (Quest druid cant play this on curve and also have stronger NON legendaries cards). Also, complementing you, neither sidequest decks will run this card, since you need to buy a sidequest before you can play kragg.

Makes me sad they nerfed Ancharrr cause this would have been fun to use in pirate warrior. Honestly, I think Pirate Warriors nerf should have been to sending Arcanite Reaper to the hall of fame instead. That IMO would have fixed the issue. Because obviously the pirate spam along with a 5 attack weapon that often ends up buffed to 8 and then goes face is too much face damage. With that type of nerf, it would have slowed pirates damage down without killing the fun new legendary.

Standard isn't the only archetype and the card isn't solely rated based on current meta standings. The card (Like questing adventurer) is insane and an auto-include in all quest decks. It's a great card.
When you rate a card, you have to look at the meta and see what is already playable or not. Right now, the control deck that is using Quest is Control Priest. Does this deck want to run this card ? No.
No you don't. I mean, sure it's worth considering, but you also have to look at what new decks this type of card enables and what it adds to them. Quest Rogue and Warrior are very tempo-oriented quest decks, this is an amazing tempo-oriented card. Face hunter could run this, though that might not be consistent enough. It's like Faceless Corruptor except you don't need to be playing anything on board.
An aggro druid might want it with secure the deck. Paladin might run this with it's side quests. Even in Quest Paladin it could be run as just a turn 4 removal card that gives you a ton of stats. You don't need to have even finished the quest either to get value out of it. So maybe a more aggressive style quest priest is possible.
Quest Shaman if it's being run absolutely wants this. 2 4/2s with rush for 4 mana (+2 for the hero power proc)? That's a ton of removal power.
I see so many comments on the new cards that are just so... unimaginative... like you can theorize about a card, see some potential or possibilities and be wrong, No one is going to judge you if you're wrong. It's fun to think about the possibilities.
I’ll test it in a quest Shaman, it will fit my Highlander quest Shaman and maybe it could work in quest Hunter but I agree with most; its pretty underwhelming for a legendary. It feels like w’re getting DoD leftovers or cards that didn’t make the cut.

You're clearly overrating this. Running shitty cards just in hope to play a decent turn 4 isn't great. As somebody else already said, sidequest + Sky Gen'ral aren't worth the trouble since 1) Sidequests are terrible (except the hunters one) 2) It's inconsistent.
Quest Rogue, Warrior, Paladin, Shaman ? Are we playing the same game ? They are not in the meta, and one good 4 drop will not be enough for them to be playable.
Sure if your goal is to theorize all the possibilites you are right, I just prefer to point out only the viable one. And of course I'm talking about standard, which is the "official" mode.
Regardless of whether or not Quest Shaman is in the Meta, I am still playing it. In fact, I am playing a Highlander version and I enjoy it.
This card slots right in. And whether or not I hit the double effect, I will always be happy with 4 damage removal AND a battlecry trigger.
And when my Shudderwock is played, I get another 4/2 with Rush. Sign me up.
This also is nice in a Wild Warrior Quest Taunt deck. It is taunt and has 4 damage removal. It also gives an extra body for Brawl on turn 9.
Is this meta-defining? Nah, because Quests decks aren't top tier. But for me, it is because I like to play decks that are fun. This is a fun card for all of my quest decks.
As a side note, this also helps those players that like to play those ALL legendary decks. Play Quest on turn 1 and you will always trigger this battlecry.

I'm not actually making a value or power judgement on the card because there's almost no point in doing that, so I'm not overrating it (and I don't think I am anyway, and at least on paper, it's 6/6 in stats split between two targets with immediate board impact.) I think people are almost always wrong when they try to evaluate a card's power level before the whole set is out generally, though.
Looking at ways it improves any deck is an important metric. And none of the sidequests are that bad. Secure the Deck is an incredibly strong card, but there's just no druid deck that exists at the moment that wants 3 claw cards even though that's a ton of flexible damage for 3 mana. Inconsistency be damned.
Quest Rogue and Quest Warrior are super aggressive decks and would love a card like this. They can both run pirate synergies with it too. There's plenty of potential there.
Like, this is the whole point. The current meta does not preclude new decks from being introduced. Yeah they're not good now, we haven't even seen the whole set, and a single good card can change a whole deck. We've seen this in adventures in the past when we've gotten limited new cards.

What's the point of this card? Who wants to run this? Why is this taking a legendary spot?
The question is:
Will have a place in the meta for a quest deck?
If the answer is yes then this card is a must craft, quest hunter have some play, this card can put that deck in high tier 2.

What? Suddenly Ancharrrbecomes even better! And, Quesnt Warrior isnt too bad. Especially after the coming rotations in April.

Decent in quest decks, but I agree that the concept is pretty tame for a legendary card. Seems more like a Rare tbh.
