This card is extremely dangerous and overstatted. 'member when EVIL Miscreant was 5 hp? I 'member.
EVIL Miscreant was HARD to deal with at 5 hp and this minion has 1/1 more and doesn't require comboing for the whole effect. Plus as we saw with even mage last rotation, adding +1 to the mage hero power is powerful, adding +2 is nuts.
Obvious power creep from Fallen Hero. It is an elemental, and a 3-mana minion with a good effect and great stats. However, I have no idea what archetype they are trying to push for mage. I don't know what deck this would fit in.
This goes very well in Highlander Elemental Mage, and is a great activator for Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk without having to focus too much on hero power prowess.
It is the improvement of Fallen Hero also has 5 health for a cost 3, are these types of minions that are snowball. In wild Odd Mage it will have more damage, I have a feeling that they will give a nerf to one of less health.
Eh? It's playable... its a soft taunt... at 3 mama the 5 health is nice. Its all around OK. I just wish there was more mage hero power synergies that are gonna stick around past April. Though having 2 of these on board does 5 damage... but not in this meta- only Highlander Mage is really viable, but we'll see.
YES. Can try to play a little bit of Jan'alai the Dragonhawk before she rotates out in April. I crafted that card a bit before the Baku nerf, just like I crafted Khadgar before the Conjurer's Calling nerf lol.
Will never get my full value (I'm a standard player, pretty much exclusively) but can try to use it for a few months at least, this along with the Daring Fire Eater could make Jan'alai somewhat viable.
so fallen hero sucked right, well this isnt, sure it requires setup but the body is healthy enough to survive the early game and mid-late game its a 5 man 2/5 deal 3

It is a much needed high-end elemental for standard mage to help activate Elemental Allies. believe me I have tried to use it reliably, and it forces you to use sub-par elementals, which end up throwing the match against meta decks in the enemy's favor.

Well stated, transfor your hero power every turn into a dark bomb, its really good
Great card for Reno Mage decks!
Kind of expensive for the effect, but doesn't look too bad. Maybe in an elemental mage aggro deck.

Tempo elemental mage now viable? We'll see.
Odd Mage loooooooves this in Wild.

Another good card for Highlander Mage, I hope it will be viable in the new meta
The best part about this card is that it's an elemental that isn't complete garbage.

Superb for Wild Control Mage.

pretty threatening presence for a 3 mana, actually a pretty decent card!

great card right now. I feel like it's going to get nerfed down to 4 HP after a few weeks of being live
Definitely have to agree that a 3-cost 2/5 Elemental with this effect seems a bit much. Will absolutely see play in a wide variety of Mage decks.
