It's "playable" just like the other new priest card and nothing more. You know what that means? I means absolutely nothing will change. People won't give up busted decks to play something that's mildly decent. Rogue is fucking dominating the meta with insane level stuff and this is laughable by comparison. If I was team5 I would be embarrassed to present this next to Flick because it's the same thing but so much less powerful.
So this is 6 mana 4/4 battlecry: usually kill something, otherwise leave it with a few health. That's not terrible card, but I don't think it'll push dragon priest or galakrond from non-existent to playable.
Looks out of place. It is unplayable in any of the current Priest decks and it is not strong enough to create decks around itself like DrakOP and Duskbreaker.
I don't think this card is as bad as many people are making it out to be. A six mana 4/4 that can kill any minion with attack equal to or > than its health is not terrible. Mountain Giant, no problem, King Krush no problem etc etc. It's not hte strongest tempo play in the world but Priest is not really a tempo class. Could be quite decent in some kind of new non-res control Priest. I'm willing to give it a try...
I mean we're comparing a legendary minion to a normal one here, not an apple to apple comparison. The closest card that resemble this one would be Vilespine Slayer. That card sees play in rogue, but I don't think priest need any extra removal right now, maybe in future expansions when older cards rotate out.
Looks good. Good pull off of Galakrond, fills out the curve in Dragon Priest pretty nicely if that's your thing. Any card that gets rid of a threat from your board while developing your own is gonna see SOME play at some point.
Best case scenario as a 6 mana 4/4 destroy a minion is actually insane. Vilespine slayer saw play in nearly every rogue deck until it rotated and this is comparable to that, this could be the cornerstone to a not resurrect priest deck
Vilespine had better stats for its mana cost and curved much better. And vile would guarantee kill everything. This doesn’t do that as we are in a meta where many minions you want to kill have more health than attack. Priest also doesn’t lack any cards that destroy minions either. So something like this isn’t going to cut it. If it was five mana I think it might have been good enough, but not at six. Even as dragon tag it lacks. In fact this thing is a nerf to the other dragon generators.

Vilespine requires a combo, which is not trivial.
Also, targets with high health and low attack are not usually where you want to be using your removal. If something like that shows up, Priest probably has other ways to deal with it.
If this were a 6-mana 4/4 with a battlecry of "Deal X damage to a minion," I don't think X would have to be a very big number for people to fall in love with it.

Looks a bit weak compared to Flik Skyshiv, but it could possibly work in a dragon priest deck. Also helps that it itself is a dragon.

I'm happy it doesn't fit in res priest. That class needs new archetypes.

There aren't that many popular minions with more health than attack. Shield of Galakrond would be one, Barista Lynchen sees some play, the wolves from Dragon's Pack, Twilight Drake, and Goru the Mightree are all that come to mind. There's a few more that are too small to be good targets anyway.

The only redeem quality is the dragon tag.

They will probably print some handbuff support for this. Would have made more sense in Paladin imo.
It uses the target attack (like lightbomb) not Aeon's attack.
Handbuffs are irrelevent.
They design this card so you can keep a dragon forever in your hand to activate other card effects.

Missing lethal since June 2015.
Hahaha love it.
Oh you're right. I misread it, my bad. Could be decent then but not many juice targets in this meta.
Mana for stats it's just playable at the very best
It's a dragon for dragon synergies. Good.
It's a 6 mana 4/4. Bad.
It destroys most minions played in the current metagame. Good.
It will sometimes fail to kill certain minions. Bad.
Overall, the card is playable, but I think 1 more dragon synergy card is needed to stitch the deck together.
Not going to see play in Resurrect Priest, but might see play in Galakrond Priest if that ever become a thing.
Basically 6 mana 4/4, Battlecry: Destroy a minion in most used cases.

Priest is dying! HELP!
