guys are u blind? its ALL MINIONS DISAPPEAR IN DECK ENEMY BOARD YOUR DECK AND BOARD, B R O K E N
WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING AT US?
A 10 mana plague of death plus 5 armor is certainly not broken. It’s not that the cards also disappear from the collection:) . Also I just heard that the Heropower casts a spell from any class.. Only Mage spells would’ve been way better.
The hero power will ensure this likely never sees play. Few people are going to want to risk losing the game every turn. That said, it won't stop me from using this because it looks fun.
The hero power may seem poor and horrible but remember when they announced Zul'jin and that most complained about the hero power but obviously you wanted him for his battlecry and with Zul'jin you could clean board and generate board depending on the spells you cast .
In theory it can be horrible for the RNG but in execution you could be good also maybe the effect disappear maybe not only affects the board but also from the hand and deck of both players, if it works like this it will be viable for the lategame, only spells, weapons , hero cards, etc.
I want chapter 4 to come out to make a roleplay deck, if only I knew how to fix the broken image icon.
With the new known passive hero power, I bet this will see play. It’s a board clear and a small armor game. This is as good/ if not better than Yogg’s puzzle box. A great last resort card and with a fun-ish twist.
Better nerf that free shit before the P2W hero arrives.
Dirty Blizzard, Dirty!
This might be the most idiotic comment I've ever seen. It's actually a good thing that they properly balanced the meta quickly so we didn't have to endure a lengthy stale meta. You can also purchase all these adventures with gold, if you don't want to pay.
If I had to make an educated guess, I would say that this basically reads as "Silence all minions and remove them from the board." but with HS flavor. They don't die so they don't hit the rez pool and no deathrattles trigger. They chose not to capitalize ALL, so I don't think it targets anything other than what is on the board. Needless to say that would cripple pretty much every deck. Ever.

Exactly right. I posted exactly this a few days ago.
Meta is unbalanced and blizzard does nothing for months. Hearthpwn: "blizzard is trash they never balance anything and when they do I takes forever."
Meta is unbalanced and blizzard responds quickly. Hearthpwn: "Blizzard is just money greedy and this is a cash grab/they are idiots for not letting the meta settle."
A good majority of the people on here will just never be satisfied, and I'm glad blizzard realizes that.
I love the POOF all the minions are gone, but I don't like the random spells every turn. Let's assume for simplicity that the spells work out in your favor 60% of the time. Whether that is because it only affects you, your minions or does nothing at all.
Is that worth it? I imagine if we did the actual math and looked up EVERY spell, we would find the numbers not that high in your favor.
You play this on turn 10, nothing on the board. Pass to your opponent.
Your opponent fills the board up again with 2 minions and does some other spell stuff. You are faced with 2 minions and you have no board. The spell trigger comes around...
That is how we need to calculate the effectiveness of the hero power. You do not have any minions but your opponent most likely will. That means any spells that target minions that are beneficial is a bad result. Board clears are a good result. Friendly minion buffs do nothing.
So we take all that math involved, but skew it towards the FIRST time it triggers. What are the chances of good results? bad results? and nothing or neutral results?
But what happens when you take the board back because the spell clears their minions on your first turn trigger (good result)? You go ahead and play a bunch of minions and then when the second turn trigger comes around, now what?
This feels far too random to be reliable and competitive. UNLESS you can somehow replace the hero power a few turns later. The POOF is so good that its hard to imagine no one playing it.
I dunno, I think ultimately, I would play around with it, get annoyed with the lack of Discover attached to the card and take it out of my deck.

Not saying you're wrong in your conclusion about the card - but this is all speculation...

How is he speculating if we have all the facts save for maybe antother few spells that might come out this expansion?
I'm not saying the information doesn't exist, I'm saying he doesn't take the trouble to actually find it, or use it, that I can see. He's just guessing. That's speculation.

I'm excited to play it.

Shit...all minions? In deck? Board?
It seems broken even with the passive hero power.
the hero power is: Passive hero power at the start of your turn cast a random spell

The best thing about this is that the minion will not enter your graveyard so cannot be ressurected.
Rusty Recycler
Ironic. It could recycle others, but not itself.

A Hero-Style Plague of Death
Not worth the 10 mana, when having the possibility of getting pyro-blasted to the face on the very next turn. Hard pass!

We need a card that trade hero power for the rest of the game, random spells don't make much diference if is your hero power or the opponent...
The amount of times I have seen someone cast Puzzlebox say otherwise.
Pizzlebox is overrated.
10 manas hero card, just compare this crap with warlock DK and you see how terrible is.
Poor mages...
The quest is garbage.
The side quests are weaker than druid and hunter ones.
The hero card is a bad joke.
Don't have weapons, healing, survavility and the last thing remaining, the half assed highlander deck is worst than rogue highlander deck.
Jaina really deserve that?
