It will be played like Shieldbearer was in Zoo pre-Naxx. It synergizes well with Cogmaster, Tinkertown Technician, Junkbot and other Mech class minions. I see it like a 0 mana "start-your-mech-combo" enabler.
This card is much better than Shieldbearer. Being a mech helps with mech combos, and being 0 cost helps feed Rogue combos, Van Cleef, Questing Adventurer, Illidan, etc. It could find a place in some specialised decks.
I am actually quite excited to see this card. A Mech mage will gladly take this card as an enabler for both Goblin Blastmage and Tinkertown Technician. Either way it helps out the deck by providing an immediate effect to both cards and then simultaneously protecting them.
I think that this card has a serious spot in rouge it also combos with Cogmaster's Wrench, Tinkers sharpsword oil. If you play them together you get +3 on your weapon and a 3/2 taut for four mana.
Compare this card with ornitopter in magic, and mech decks with affinity. I think, this is a great card.
I would love an affinity deck in hearthstone. Sadly this card doesn't have evasion. And I don't see enough buffing cards and mana generating cards to present threats and obtain tempo here. Mox and Cranial are cruical to affinity.
This is, BY FAR, the funniest thread on this entire website. I had so much fun reading all of your comments. I can't come up with a funny joke about the dummy though, sorry I can't continue on this beautiful train of thoughts.
It really isn't. Voltron does a hefty amount of damage, being 16 with charge.
But if you don't have the enemy down that low, it won't do to much. The best use of Voltron is probably getting very good trades while keeping your own board.
I think this is a pretty good assessment. It will see some play in warlock mech zoo where your hand size is never a concern.
Combos with Cobalt Guardian and Junkbot... could be good in a mech zoo deck.
I Have No Time for Games
Voltron combo, rogue, or Zoo are the 3 decks I could see using this.
The 2 health on this card is actually a very very big deal...
This is not an above average card, but it is capable in enabling lots of value in GvG mech cards that buff/get buffed by other mechs.
Thanks FOO(The Banner God)!
the turn one double target dummy double wisp flame imp dream is real
Well then, you'll just have to combo the Druid spell with Recombobulators to tranform your Wisps into Dummies. ;-)
With my luck, that will be every pack.

I think blizzard accidentally created an extra card.
But seriously, I thought shieldbearer was trash, and now we get this?
Drink your school stay in sleep don’t do milk and get eight hours of drugs
You know it's not a spell, right?

I think he was referring to combo starters?

This Card is cool in a Hunter Mech.
