In a dedicated deck like the druid one on the reveal stream this is basically a low risk high reward card. Sometimes its just a 4/5 or 6/5 on curve which is fine, but sometimes it can steal games by being a 10/5 if your opponent cant immediately remove it.
The flavor text better have something to do with Malcolm Mcdowell or Tom Wilson. I'd begrudgingly setting for a Freddie Prinze Junior reference if they must.
High Attack/Low Health minions have never worked and this gives your opponent info
Arena only
But here's the thing, 5 health isn't low on a 4 drop. This isn't low health high attack, it's medium health gargantuan attack. Not every deck will have a response for a 10/5 on 4, and if they don't they just lose.

Any card lacking a battlecry, deathrattle, or on-board synergy on 4 needs 6 or greater health to be effectively played in constructed
I disagree. The difference between 4 and 5 health is huge, but between 5 and 6 its not so much IMO especially on a 4-drop.
Think of it this way: whats the risk playing this card in a dragon-heavy deck? It cant be easily removed, it will trade fairly. Worst case scenario it will be removed by Big Game Hunter or Dragonmaw Poacher, which means that your 4-drop took the bullet for your more expensive dragons.
Best case scenario is that it will win the game by itself.
So after comparing the risk/reward factor I would say its definitely going to see play.

Seems like a weak payoff for a card that is not itself a Dragon.

In Warrior with stuff like Dragon Roar this card soars above curve so fast.

Solid card, won't see serious play I feel.

How is 5 health low on a 4 mana minion?

Very strong wild card.
Dragon Time Warp Otk mage confirmed.
Probably weaker than the other Time Warp decks, but way more fun.
