prolly wrong about this but its prolly not good enough to run.
Arena will like it at least
How? Azure Drake at 5 mana 4/4 draw 1 was auto include in every deck. +1/+1 is a lot better than spell damage most of the time. People were even running the 4 mana 2/4 card draw in some decks. This is likely going to be mandatory for every single deck.
I don't think so, the general power level is higher by a lot now.
if Azure Drake will make a comeback nowaday, I don't see where it will be played.
Azure Drake would still be a great 5 drop slot filler for decks that need some 5 drops. A 4/4 that cycles and makes your spells better is just a pretty good way to get through your deck. A 5/5 that cycles (which is totally on curve) is just generally more useful and less situational.

Still a really good card tho
A Dragon with almost-vanilla stats that draws a card is a dream come true for literally any Dragon deck.
I fail to see what you think is better for your Dragon deck's 5 slot. Even if you're in a class that has a 5-mana Dragon, you'll run that in addition to this, not instead of it.

I would add also that any deck that isn't strictly a dragon deck but is running the dragon package will seriously consider running this card as well.

IMO it's gonna see play in plenty of decks.
