This seems overly punishing for playing small dragons. I was looking forward to including Brightwing in my decks, now I can't do that because my opponent wins the game on turn 4 if he has this in hand.
This card just straight up deleted all low mana dragons from the game. If you are playing a dragon deck, and lots people will be, then imagine going first, and on turn 2 or 3 playing a low mana dragon, then on turn 3 or 4, you face coin plus this or just this on 4.
This card is insanely powerful in any meta where there are a lot of dragons. Not only can you follow up an opponent's early dragon with a massive threat (e.g. they play a dragon on 3-mana and you follow up with Coin + this) but it can be slotted into a battlecry shaman deck to remove "big" dragons late-game, which all have 12 health (Ysera, Malygos, Kalecos, Deathwing, Nozari, etc.).
I don’t see the issue. So this counters some dragons. You know what counters this? Normal removal. You know what also counters dragons? Normal removal.
this is absolute crap when your opponent doesn’t play dragons.

Just play normal removal instead.
The stats are one point off vanilla, and significantly better than, say, Big Game Hunter. It's not absolute crap.
In this meta, I think you will be hard-pressed to find an opponent who isn't playing Dragons. The overall power level of the expansion is so insane that non-Dragon decks may not be competitively viable.

I also think people are over-estimating how many dragon decks there will be. Most invoke-related cards are not dragons, for example. Also, dragon decks don't need to play many dragons. It's not like murloc or beast decks. Dragon decks used to work with only a small amount of dragons. You can be stuck with this card for a long while if you want to hit something with it. Most classes only get three dragon related cards, Rogue only two so far with only one card left to be revealed. Some powerful decks right now will still be good. Some might resurface. There will not only be dragon decks. There just will not be.
The obligatory DRAGON SLAYER tech card. Similar to Bad Luck Albatross this will be run in most decks in the first couple weeks. Meta Defining for that very reason.

LEEEEEEEERRRROOOOOOOYYYYYY JENKINS!
Wow this seems really good and really easy to pull off and amazing in the late game... totally kills that worm/dragon card.
Love love love.
At least someone spottet the synergy.
As expected, the Dragon hate card and this card will only see play depending if we see a heavy dragon meta. But BOY did they go overboard on this one.

RIP my cute dragon friend :(

It''s a proactive 8/8....for 4. Jesus.
....DELETED FROM THE GAME
Pretty sure that costs 6 mana total.

One point off vanilla is absolute crap. Look at the comments for Blowtorch Saboteur and Dread Raven. Look at Coldwraith, Omega Medic, Untamed Beastmaster. If vanilla stats are crap, then one off vanilla is absolute crap.

Then it's settled.... t's time for Big Game Hunter to roll up his socks!
