Premium stats, and the effect persists through multiple turns. Seems a tech card or curve filler in midrange or control decks. Effect is probably useless the majority of the time so probably won't see much play. Amazing art.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
How... mildly inconvenient. I can't think of a deck that's super reliant on it's hero power. Back in the Death Knight days this would have been really useful, but now? Eh.
Seriously, why would they waste an epic slot printing this card. It should have been a common while Platebreaker could have been the epic.
why you want good cards to be epic? i prefer epic cards beeing meme cards like most of the neutral epics this expansion so new players dont have to spend alot of money/dust to get them
Once again, I find myself reminding everyone that "epic" does not mean "super powerful."
Epic cards have niche uses and generally aren't meant to be slotted into just any old deck. Supposedly, they require a certain amount of imagination and deckbuilding skill -- or at least a very specific game state -- to come to fruition.
That said, I can't imagine any deck or game state that would allow this card to be consistently impactful. The stats make it playable, but you'd never put it in a serious deck.

Such a waste of epic card slot
It’s neat. It doesn’t do anything crazy though so it’ll probably get beat out by more proactive 3-drops.
The effect is only for the next turn or forever?
From the wording I assume the effect lasts until they actually use their Hero Power. And then once you have used it once it's gone.

It’s sad that the battlecry doesn’t say: Your opponent’s next hero power costs one more
- you could double it and repeat it to make it really painful for your opponent to use hero power

Oh I thought the text said cosst 3 more... Then it would have been playable. Now it's just garbage

nice card, but its power level ain't high enough compared to other revealed cards.
why?
Blizzard is running out of ideas, more and more copy paste.
Worse than Saboteur, won't see any play.
This cards effect persist unlike saboteurs. That's a fairly big deal.

No it's not. In what world is increasing the cost of someone's hero power by one mana ONCE a "big deal" in a set with a 4 mana 8/8 rush???
Dazzle and dominate your foes as the Jewelcrafter!
Not bad but meh... and in this meta meh = dust... especially for an epic.
