cost of the card will be up to 10 mana, so if something like Deathwing for example is already at 10 mana, it will get the +2/+2 but wont go to 11 mana.
Tokens are, by definition, cards that did not start in your deck. They will not be touched by this. Token Druid is literally the worst possible place for this card.

this can actually be played early in contrast to surrender to madness, which has way too steep a cost when played early (3 mana on the first turn, and then 3 mana on each subsequent turn until you hit 8 where the cost is 2, and then 1 for almost 30 mana total cost). by contrast this will in the long term cost quite a bit less even if every single card in your deck is a minion and you get through every single card in your deck. and more importantly the cost is spread out over a much longer time frame where you lose almost no tempo, because the cost is only incurred when you play a card that receives the buff. the power difference between this and surrender to madness is huge when played early, which is when you'd want to play it.
+2/+2 (costs one more) is slightly weaker than +1/+1 with no cost change in general but it's close. if there was a zero mana keleseth effect without a body and no deck restriction it would definitely be played. so the question is how much worse is +2/+2 (costs one more) than just a simple +1/+1 to minions in your deck.
I don't like at all, if druid have some minions like dopplegangster maybe.
It is just a bad card because in agressive decks you can't deal with more expensive minions and for big minions deck the +2/+2 bonus is not so relevant.
Think about this. Surrender to madness is soooooo bad that they printed a card that costs 3 less, gets that 0 mana spell bonus for auctioneer, puts you 1 mana behind curve instead of 2, and only puts you behind curve for minions, not spells.
Despite that, we're still debating about whether it sees play. That's how bad surrender to madness is.
A 2 mana 2/3 becomes a 3 mana 4/5. Literally everything in your deck that's even on curve will go over curve. It'll get slower, sure, but druid doesn't care about that so much.
I'm super annoyed at how much worse Surrender to Madness is than this.

You're not even one mana behind on curve. You make all your minions cost more, but they're also significantly better.
basicly, all minions become one mana cheaper than they should be.
That's pretty much how I see it. A 1 mana increase is huge, but if any 1 mana minion gains the stats of a 3 mana minion, it's worth paying 2, isn't it? And some cards scale ridiculously with this kind of effect. Just as an example, Anubisath Defender can still be reduced to 0 with his ability, making him a 0 mana 5/7 with Taunt when you play your expensive draw spells, possibly playing 2 of them. Oasis Surger is busted with the quest, and this card can replace the entire quest just by increasing his cost by 1.
My bigger problem with this card is not that it will screw up your curve too murch, but that there's no support for it just yet. A Zoo Druid needs a whole new set of cards. I think Warlocks would not hesitate one second to try this card out, but as Druid, you don't have cards like Voidwalker or Flame Imp. As it was already mentioned, Token Decks wouldn't benefit from it since Tokens won't get the buff. Same goes for any Choose One Druids like Druid of the Claw, since they transform and won't get the stat buff but still cost 1 more.
So, Druid would need a bunch of minions that are more in line with this card; well statted 1- and 2-drops, that possibly gain additional benefits from increased stats, and this expansion doesn't seem to provide them. I think this card has some great potential, but probably not in this expansion.
Much better than Keleseth IMO, but only for Druid...I think it's sorta balanced but I really do think this card is very strong and this will spawn a new deck, one that only includes the ramp spells, board buffs and the rest a very zoo style of deck with tokens. Calling it now.
Token Druid and Dragon Druid if that becomes a thing are the only decks this card would potentially work in, but would it actually work I can see that it was meant to be combo'd with Frizz Kindleroost by decreasing the cost of the dragons so if you use this card twice some of your dragons will be reduced to their original mana cost and for token that might be too expensive you might run one though for later in the game when you can afford to increase mana cost.
Ultimately seems like a card that will dominate future expansions though but probably not this one.
Doesn't work that well in token druid as much of token druid is generated minions. But I like it in big druid in wild and perhaps dragon druid.
This is WAY better than Surrender to Madness.

Um, no.

they have Oasis Surger
Everyone in this thread forgot that druids can ramp mana and negate some of the mana cost increase.
Play 2 Embiggen, 2 Breath of Dreams and 26 minions, there you go Keleseth druid 2.0
No one said this has to be an aggressive deck, midrange lives matter.

Most OP card of the set so far, absolutely broken..
This seems really strong to me.

This card is great. I don’t get how people can say it’s not.
whisp is now a 1 mana 3/3. Just think about that.
novice engeneer is 3 mana 3/3 draw a card. Awesome.
faceless lurker? 6 mana 5/10 taunt.
basicly, all minions become one mana cheaper than they should be.
Thank you for this.
I think this is the piece a lot of the naysayers were failing to see.

Is there some kind of joke in the name of this card i am not getting? I'm not saying it's not a word, but...

It's a Simpsons reference.
A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man.

Because of cards that costs 10. Like Aviana, Deathwing, etc. Druid on Wild will be insane with this.
Just think about it this way:
Turn 1: Embiggen + Wisp
Seems like a perfectly cromulent card
