I like my Druid slow and rampy with big fatty fat fatties. Tree of Life pleases me. You pesky agro decks think you got the best of me? Your annoying, puny little ant minions. BEHOLD! Reset!
If you can live to turn 9 then I agree this is a major table turner against the aggro decks.
Ah, but what is turn 9 to a Green Mage? Your turn 9 could be my turn 5.

But it's not a table turner at all? All it does is move the end point of the game. It does nothing to change what's happening in it.
Who said the board wasn't being managed? Moving the end point is the point. Agro wakes in the morning while Ramp stirs in the evening.
Yeah this card is great with innevate and also agaist millhouse manastorm, i could see this card work i pretty much all my drood deckz.!
hallelujah, finally the druids have a counter to millhouse manastorm! Sorry, don't take me to serious ;)
Why do you guys talking about anti-jaraxxus? Could someone explain that to me? Yeah your Molten giant may be more expensive but why is this a Jaraxxus counter? A 30hp Jaraxxus with his ability to summon a 6/6 for 2 mana sounds even scarier to me.
Jaraxxus has a base health of 15, not higher. If your opponent has used jaraxxus and you respond with a tree of life, you already lost that game though.
Here's a quick deck I worked up that no doubt needs some vetting and will change when the remainder of GvG is released but attempts to utilize Tree of Life/Control mechanics.
i feel like putting 1 of these in ramp wouldnt be bad. but if they already have the board it wont be enough to save you. maybe it will end up being like twisting nether where when you dont affect the board and take the whole turn to cast a spell it ends up being unplayable.

Agreed. The idea with the deck I posted is it keeps the deck as clear as possible. If you can play Tree of Life when they are low on cards and card draw even if they have a few minions on the board you're in a good spot.
when you dont affect the board and take the whole turn to cast a spell it ends up being unplayable.
But it does affect the board. It heals all your Ramp units to full health, which could be a lot of healing. This card seems like a godsend for those games where you establish a board presence against a rush hero, but all they need to do to win is topdeck a Kill Command or Doom Guard or something. Tree of Life lets you use your units to wipe their board, then heal them all and yourself to full health, so there's no way you can lose. Even in a close match, timing the healing well could give you an edge by allowing you to clear the opponents board without losing any of your own units, and they might not have the damage to answer your board after that. I think it's definitely a 1-of in Ramp Druid unless the meta is predominantly Control.

But in that case this is only good against face decks - zoo won't leave you with creatures alive to do this with. I can see it being an OK counter to face aggro - but I'm not sure there's all that much face aggro around.
As someone who used to love playing control druid I'll definitely give this card a go. However I do think that this card will just be too slow against aggro and not do enough against control. I wish it had been a priest card perhaps.

How to become ∞ at arena: - practice, practice, win, dominate, profit.
Maybe this is to counter mage Alextraza combos. With hunter I doubt it would work. Another scenario, also unlikely, is having your 5/10 minions damaged and then healing them up to full.
Just had it completely demolish me in arena. Having it in hand means you can really take your time. He did some simple trades, letting me whittle him down for the first 6 turns. big minions on 7, board clear on 8, Tree on 9 and then dropped his hand on ten. HUGE swing.
Don't know how well it will work in constructed, but it's basically a game reset at turn 9 that YOU know is coming. Will be devastating to Zoo.

Iv played vs guy who used it to heal from 1 > 30hp and it didnt help him at all. He was dead in 2 turns anyway.

It won't be devastating to Zoo at all because Zoo doesn't win by rushing you down, but wins by maintaining board control. Unless you can reliable clear the entire board turn 8, the card isn't going to help you in this matchup on turn 9. And since Druid really lacks great board clear options, it won't be too useful against Zoo.
That's exactly why it works against Zoo. They're busy trying to maintain their board control by trading minions (also while rushing their opponent down, don't kid yourself). Late game, they'll have you in lethal range because of a few tough minions out there plus the inevitable top-deck Soulfire or Doomguard. Tree of Life brings you way out of lethal range, and chances are, you will have huge card advantage at that point if you played correctly. Be smart with your swipes (and Starfall, if you so choose) and Tree of Life will make that matchup a lot more favorable.

I was playing with Tree of Life a lot when it was released for GvG in the Fatigue/Mill deck. I had a satisfying ratio of wins and it pisses people off just as much as a fatigue/mill rogue.
One copy has always seem enough in every case and I still think it's still a worthy & unique card to keep in consideration in the future.

Who can take your trash out?
Stomp it down for you?
Shake the plastic bag
and do the twisty thingy, too?
@FranzLimit
well, Jaraxxus has 15 max hp, so Tree of Life can only restore him to 15 hp.

Nobody else noticed, that it says "Heal ALL the characters"?
Trade your board efficiently, having them all at 1 health > play this > WIN!
Of course it will most likely be total crap without board control, but being able to heal 1 or more big minions and yourself? Hell yeah!
