This might be one of the few Meta-defining votes from me. It pushes dragon archetype so much it seems like a must have/craft day one if you want to play this kind of decks.
edit:
as stated above, this card is much like Prince Keleseth, and most of us still remember. Dragon prince, cost one more and instead giving +1/+1 reduces cost of all dragon by two. Considering game mechanics this will be severely op with rogue Shadowstep or/and Waggle Pick not to mention Spirit of the Shark you can combo it with Barista Lynchen or Bog Slosher.
I think [card[shudderwock[/card] shouldn't be a problem as it comes to late to play to get any value out of it.
taking in consideration, how many good dragons have been revealed so far this card, looks really scary (hello 7 mana Malygos). Versing 8 mana dragon on turn 6 might loos you a game from a get go. I'm far from calling for nerf before seeing this card in play, but we should expect this card being staple in upcoming meta.
The only issue i see is number of dragons you can put in to your deck. The more viable dragons the stronger this card is. If it happens (doubtful) that there will be only couple of viable dragons, only than i can see this card being underwhelming.
Edit2:
After some more thoughts, I'm shifting towards strong but not insane. The main reason that justify this card, is number of dragons in the deck. I cant Imagine deck with this and 29 dragons, not with 20 not even with 15. So basicly card will effect less than half of your cards in the deck.
I'm not switching my vote from meta defying, as i still believe this is the card, that push dragons deck to be viable, but i don't think its busted and insanely op.
Edit 3:
Third day and my emotions still shifts to strong, playable card. Shifting encouraging dragons decks, but not as strong as my initial thoughts.
This was meta defining if it reduced the cost by (1). It's game breaking right now. Will define the meta until it stays, and will define the meta whenever its present.

Dang another must have legendary. This card will absolutely go in any dragon decks. Looks great for 4 mana.
Meta defining. Or broken perhaps.
Very good card. Must have in every Dragon deck.
By Gandalfs beard.... THAT is CRAZY!
So we have Keseleth of the set. Waiting for the Voidlord and Cube mkII to be reveal lol
This set is so good wtf
in wild with Brann Bronzebeard it is going to be absolutely insane.
Frizz Kindleroost is the name.
The card text can be changed to: "If you play this on curve, you win the game"
Damn, the tempo tempo gain is HUGE! But it's a boost to value, too. Because you can combine your 9-10 Mana minions with other effects.
Save to craft on day 1, because you'll get your dust back. Not to mention, that they forgot the "not less than (1)" clause again.
This expansion is very greedy
Break the tempo in an absurd way with some impressive swing turns

Agreed with the previous comments. This is a must have, and likely broken.
Op
OMG WTF!
Finally! With this and nether breath, i can finally play Malylock in standard again!
Making Malylock Great Again
I'm gonna play this card and 29 dragons just for the fun of it. This effect is so OP. Malygos is back in the meta for sure.
Poor Dragon Consort, that's not even powercreep anymore that's just rape.

Probably one of the strongest legendary ever.
What were they thinking when they made this card? Absolutely busted. Will be nerfed to 6 mana first month.
