I will keep my "bad" rating. Even though the effect can trigger in your opponent's turn as well, I still think this card is slow. But I all depends on the meta. Time will tell
This card is absolutely broken. It is hard to kill with damage and lets you summon tons of stats if they can't kill it immediately. Also, there are several powerful dragon synergy cards that this enables (e.g. Nether Breath and Crazed Netherwing) which create a strong core. Also, this is basically a taunt because each time they hit you with it on the board, you summon a 6/6.
The soft taunt makes it somewhat decent, and costing 8 instead of 9 definitely helps, but it's still rather slow. If your opponent can just finish you off, the drakes won't matter.
It's not "bad", but I'm not sure if it's good enough.
Sad, I really thought, Warlock will get Ultraxxion as Legendary Dragon...
Ultraxion is a chromatic dragon, the Warlock theme is Nether Dragons.
This is probably Neltharaku or Karynaku.
I like this card okay? I think the most apt comparison is probably to Nightscale Matriarch, but it's a bit better than her. I just don't think flooding the board that late in the game is important and most self-damaging effects are not really great in late-game Warlock decks, but there is some really nice synergy with some of the Plot Twist decks.
4-12 for 8 is a powercreep compared to Ysera or Malygos, as they intended to make this work with Heropower - very good Legendary indeed, but time will tell if Controllock will make the Cut once again.
Its slow, low immediate impact, expensive, and non defensive... BUT is a soft taunt, that if not dealt with will end the game. To me this is a control busting/control card ... playable?
I think this will be playable at most too heavy to get value and doesn't really stop your opponent from going to face but it stops hunter hero power right.
Looks mediocre. You're pretty much required to hurt yourself on the same turn you play this otherwise there's a good chance it gets removed. Even with a life tap, it's just a pile of stats that the opponent can ignore while they kill you. If the dragons it summoned had taunt, this would actually be pretty good, but they don't so it just leaves you vulnerable to dying.

Super good card. I see Warlock running this in some dragon centric decks.

Slow but pretty Bonkers with Crystalizer.

8 mana do nothing
control warlock needs to be well in control to justify playing something like this
8 manas minion opponent must kill immediately with 4/12 status?
Unless the opponent have lethal right away this is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from nothing.
Basically every comment when Crazed Netherwing was revealed: "Nyerp-Derp can Dragon Warlock even be viable though?!?"
As if they're not going to support Dragon decks for every class in the expansion called "Descent of Dragons" during the Year of the Dragon.

Could this be Onyxia? We haven't seen her yet
Lol right? 8 mana extremely hard to soft remove that in most cases just wins you the game if it lives is nothing, didn't you know?

it’s like Ornery Direhorn meets Sleepy Dragon, pretty underwhelming.

"great" freaking name tho
Too pricy to effectively combo for immediate value. Won't see play.
.
Should be a 9 mana 4/12 which the battlecry : For the rest of the game....
Then deathratte : Deal 15 dmg to your hero
Very good and flavorful way to replace Jaraxuss
