I love this, even more support for Deathrattle Rogue. Was always the sub-optimal archetype of that class, but now it might gather enough support to actually become halfway-decent.

I'm wondering if control rogue could become a thing. Waxadred... Shadow of Death... Necrium Apothecary... my mind is spinning with possibilities (or rum).
There really arent that many great Deathrattles in standard, anyone who has tried to build around Shadowy Figure or Anka knows that. Waxadred looks great with this card, but we need more. At least this curves off of Necrium blade if you have some card to combo.
This card is broken. It's a gnomish inventor that tutors and probably does something broken when it dies. Mechanical Whelp and Anubisath Warbringer are probably the best targets in standard. Necrium Blade curves into it, and they kind of have to kill it because if not you threaten Necrium Vial. Turn 4 is early enough to swing the game in your favor. If this doesn't see play it's because the deck isn't there yet, but make no mistake this card is broken. It's just a question of when there's a good enough deck to exploit it.
Yep, it's time to start the "Nerf Wax Rogue" thread.
People are going to be sick to death of this deck within a week.
Wax rogue doesn't sound that great imo. Lets say you hit the nuts and get blade on 3 into apothecary on 4 into Waxadred on 5. At that point you have 3 candles in what was a ~20 card deck so you have a 13%-15% chance to summon a 7/5 on any given turn. You've also built your deck around something that doesn't protect you and doesn't do anything immediately, and you spent three turns making sub-optimal tempo plays. This sounds like it just loses versus aggro super hard. It might punish slower decks, but not to the extent of being oppressive. Plague of Death exists, Holy Wrath can kill you in time, so I'm not sure what this beats. I guess it beats control warrior but so does Academic Espionage. Not sold.
It's a combo potential, but a win more card against most slower classes.
I like it, and I wonder, how does this interact with the stealth Shark? 2 deathrattles, right?
The effect isn't specifically listed as a battlecry, so I'd think there is no interaction.
Spirit of the Shark also works with combo cards so, basically, the apothecary could draw 2 minions and gain 2 deathrattles (but if there is only one deathrattle minion in your deck, then it would only draw and gain the deathrattle of this minion, just once, since it needs to draw the minion in order to gain the deathrattle effect)
Don't care if it's good, this with Octosari is going to keep me amused for quite awhile, cause I like drawing cards. Overall this card is stronger than its impact will be, since while tutor's are very strong the deck itself has to be busted, and I don't think that'll happen, it's just extra value or tempo or whatver kind of deathrattles you have. Very fun card, doesn't do jack squat to keep you alive against aggro but that's Rogue's lot in life.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Probably my favorite card revealed so far. I can't wait to try this out in wild with Sneed's Old Shredder and Sylvanas Windrunner. A shame that it's an epic.

Also Anka, the Buried exists.
