they made a mistake, then what? It happens. This is not a pay to play game, or at least the potentially pay component is not influenced by this bug.

Follow your criteria everybody starting playing now should have all the cards or first 5 expansions since they never had the chance to get pack of those. So unfair for who just discovered the game in the last 2 years and didn't play 5 years ago...

FWIW - the greedy bitches at Blizzard have given everyone ten free packs over the past three days. A free Legendary from BlizzCon. Two free golden rares. A new play mode and the rewards associated with it. We'll be getting six more free Legs in about a month. Complaining about receiving a slightly worse reward from the weekly free reward dispenser seems comparatively petty - there are legitimate complaints, after all, regarding game performance on mobile, among other pretty obvious issues . . .

Some years ago the Blizzard servers suffer a massive DDoS attack and recover in one day, we have many problems of connections in the years but all the problems are solved in hours or 1 day in the worst cases, now they taking a week just to fix bugs with change quests...
As mentioned yesterday in this post, we came across some major issues that resulted in us needing to disable Tavern Brawl. Right now, we are re-enabling Tavern Brawl and have swapped it over to a new one, Top Three.
NOTE: We have identified an issue in which some players may still be unable to play Tavern Brawl. The team is working to resolve this as soon as we can.
In addition, this Tavern Brawl was something that players needed to buy into and offered rewards that some players have been unable to claim. This isn’t OK and we intend to make it right for players. Stay tuned for more details soon!

okay boomer... Hearthstone may be better nowadays, but I've paid a lot just to get cards for this game. This game is nowhere free to play. Maybe for the newcomers, not for me. If they up the rewards we get per win in ranked then i would have no problem complaining. But a multimillion or even billion dollar company should never have bugs for 3 weeks straight while i spend the full price of a triple A game for some virtual packs which give me 20 dust... I rest my case

I think you answered yourself. nobody is pointing you the gun to buy virtual cards and virtual dust with REAL money. You can buy with gold, or dust old cards. You never need full collection to enjoy this game. and i think more ridiculous is a REAL complain because some people got what? 25 virtual dust and 50 virtual gold... cmon guys, if these are the problems of your life, i wish i can have a life like yours.

I'm still locked out of it. I played one and won one of the brawl which was brought down but the rogue deck I built is still there and non editable.
No reward for my one win and no chance to play in the new one.
