Cost reduction is an extremely powerful effect (case in point: see Generous Mummy) and if Priest's Galakrond is good enough to build a deck around, this will almost certainly be included in the deck. On another note, it's cool to see Priest getting dragon support again.
I wonder if you still get the Hero Power effect when you Invoke if there's no Galakrond in your deck.
Most Invoke cards seem to be slightly bad if you take that away. Combo decks that don't care about Galakrond might be less inclined to abuse this if they have to include too many truly bad cards.

In order to invoke, Galakrond must be in your deck. This card does nothing if you don't have Galakrond

I manage the Epic Tier List and Crafting Guide. Come check it out!
Here are my predictions in The Exhaustive Ashes of Outlands Card Preview.
the body is good, the effect is solid for we just need to see the invoke options for priest
Cost reduction is extremely dangerous in dirty priest hands.
Caution Blizzard.
You can use Profit Velen, two Vivid Nightmares, and a Powerword: Replicate with a Holy Fire for a 32 damage OTK
Profit Velen :D
Is this supposed to be what your name implies?
Depending on the other cards in set, Mecha'thun Priest may be an option for this card.
.
Knowing how powerful was Emperor Thaurisan, I wonder if this is powerful enough to not care about Galankrod at all.
The return of dragonpriest. I love it!
PREDICTION:
Invoke in Priest won't be used for Galakrond at all, it'll be used to activate this card for OTK!!
Priests urge to OTK intesifies
Mind Blast died for this
F&@k me!!
I'm so happy not seeing so many degenerate priest decks in wild. Guess this is changing next month. Back to mind blast/divine spirit shenanigans...
Thank you, Blizzard!!
