Hi guys, the card named Charge from the warrior says: "Give a friendly minion Charge. It can't attack heroes this turn". Shouldn't this card text after the Witchwood expansion be: "Give a friendly minion Rush" ? and maybe the name of the card changed from "Charge" to "Rush".
It should but for some reason Blizzard released a Warrior card called Rush that costs 1 mana and gives a minion Rush so this literally would be a dupe of that.
The most realistic thing that blizzard dont want the classic-basic cards to have any keyword from any expansion so you dont need to remember a really old keyword just to have a card., example. (inspire)

Wait.. not only you’re wrong but also your example of a card doesn’t exist. Not sure if trolling or MTG player in the wrong game forum. Lmao

But Rush isn't restricted to one expansion. Every expansion since Witchwood had cards with the Rush Keyword.
Back to OP, there's a small difference between the Charge card and Rush : if you cast Charge on a minion that can attack face that turn, it no longer can attack the enemy hero that turn, whereas a minion that can go face can still go face if you give it Rush.
Also, since the minion has Charge, not Rush, it synergizes with Warsong Commander, which, according to Blizzard, is so strong that people are going to build decks around it some day.

This card is terrible, you really want to make even worse?
But the obvious reason for the counterintuitive is that the Rush keyword did not exist when the final nerf of the card happened. This is a rather clumsy early version of "Rush" in the line of and to a lesser extent
They are essentially phasing out Charge from new cards altogether, when was the last one printed??
The Charge card gives Charge, but the effect that it cannot attack heroes in that turn applies only to the turn the card is played in.
If the minion is copied in a later turn, or even if there were to be a minion with a Deathrattle to resurrect it while keeping the Buffs, the minion would be able to Charge face right away.
There was a post on here that proved that wrong. He dropped a Ravenholt Assasin on the board and cast Charge on it. Then the next turn copied it with faceless manipulator. But the copy didnt have charge at all and couldnt attack with the original minion.
Technicalities aside, the reason Charge is so weird is that it used to grant actual Charge, and Rush hadn't yet been invented when it got nerfed.
They never bothered to change it because there's simply no need to. (And for all the minor technical differences outlined above.)
It originally gave all your minions Charge, and then was changed to giving a single minion +2 Attack and Charge before this final nerf. Can you imagine?

No shouldn’t be changed because it doesn’t give rush. So it doesn’t interact with cards giving “rush minions“ a buff or bonus.
Also, if a minion somehow lives, Faceless Manipulator or some other method of copying would create a Charge, not a Rush minion... SMOrc :)
You can't stop the signal.

Oh... I got it, thank you so much guys!
