I've seen posts about how zeph won't offer cards like shadowstep or avenging wrath, but he has offered savage roar for lethal before.
Was playing against a friend, thought I had lethal with savage roar, but got options for survival instead. Opponent was at 8 with a board full of mountain giants and I had three 0/2 shaman totems and 3 other frozen minions out. Does anyone know if the game does't take into account 0 attack minions or maybe doesn't count your own chance of attacking if you don't have a weapon equipped already? Had 6 mana available before casting zeph if that matters.

do you have a HS replay of this game? Then I can see exactly why it didnt offer you lethal if you had it.
Hoping this isn’t some sort of violation but out of.cards site had a wonderful article the other day about some of the logic Zyph uses and how to get the most out of him. Highlights include not taking cards in hand into account when calculating lethal. Example given was your opponent has 12 life and you have Zyph and a fireball in hand. A second fireball would be lethal. However if you play Zyph first you’ll likely get a big minion, board clear, or a pyroblast. But if you play your fireball in hand BEFORE Zyph you get the second lethal fireball. Check it out for tips.
The one card I know you NEVER want to count on being offered is . . . well shit, can't think of the name of the card.
Priest, 4-cost, "take control of target minion with power 2 or less till end of turn"
Shadow of Madness? Maybe?
Anyway, I have seen a couple of examples shown where someone could have shadow'ed a Bloodmage Thalnos for lethal, as well as several examples where Mechanical Whelps should have been stolen and traded off for the deathrattle.
In none of these circumstances was Shadow of Madness? offered.
In general, it seems as though the algorithm is too focused on spending the remaining mana of the turn efficiently. It is LESS likely to recognize lethal in general when the card that would give you lethal costs less than the amount of mana remaining.
Having said that, in general the programming on Zephyrs is spectacular. It is a particularly difficult programming concept to try to isolate the "best card" with so many different lines of evaluation for the definition of "best". Most of the time, this card serves you very well.

opponent with 1 hp and 1 secret, he's a mage so it is probably an ice block, no taunt so i can hit face I had kingsbane with 11 atk equipped, 6 mana left, summoned zephris and he gave me fireball/swipe/ and another spell instead of flare or the 5/4 minion destroying secret It was an ice block so i missed lethal, but i killed my opponent the next turn. Still a fail.
I don’t think Zephyrs can see platebreaker as a possible card. I played against a paladin that dropped high priest thekal. Platebreaker would have dropped all his armor leaving him with 1 health and I could have hero-powered (Druid) for win. Wasn’t suggested.

If you have had 5 or 3 mana remaining the chance of getting Bloodlust or Savage Roar would have been higher.

I don't =/
Zeph has a problem with 0 attack minions, thought they allready fixed this

Bruh. Zephrys can only offer basic/classic cards. What card game are you playing?
