There seem to be plenty of cards that are reacting to your opponent's play (Clockwork Giant is the first one that comes to mind of course). I'm not sure how easy it will be to play these.
Of course, there are always a couple of deathrattles in everyone's deck (Sludge Belcher for instance) but is it enough to get value out of the Exorcist?
This is a good card. Almost all decks seem to run a decent number of deathrattles, and I see no reason for that to change in GvG, especially with some good deathrattles coming out. I will be running this in all midrange decks, and probably some control decks.

Looks like a solid anti-Deathrattle card. The nice thing about this is that you don't need to face a pure Deathrattle-based deck to make it viable: Just a single Deathrattle turns it into a 3/4 for 3, which is above curve, and it even has taunt. And of course against multiple Deathrattles, it becomes insanely above curve. I like how it scales the same as Undertaker as a mirror/counter to it. It also nicely serves as something interesting in the 3 mana taunt spot, which so far has only had the risky Undertaker and meh Ironfur Grizzly.
In Arena, this card is probably better than Ironfur Grizzly, but still not great because you can't rely on the enemy having Deathrattles. However, since it only needs one Deathrattle to be above curve it isn't horrible in that regard and it can be played as basically Tauren Warrior in a pinch. And there's enough Deathrattles you can expect to see a few over the course of a run, especially due to there being many high end Arena cards with Deathrattle (Haunted Creeper, Loot Hoarder, the new Piloted cards all come to mind). Still just about average though.
Can't help but wonder if the Hearthstone "in game tournament" format that they are no-doubt working on will include side boarding. Lots of cards in this set are just begging to be side boarded. This one is a dream side board card.

They certainly could be, wouldn't be hard to implement, and it would be really nice if there was something like a 4~ card Side deck.
I don't see how this makes Undertaker not viable anymore. Still fantastic to get a "yeti sized" minion on turn three with potential to grow even more. Sure, it gives other people an option against it but doesn't remove undertaker from the game...
How about a card that silences all enemy deathrattles?
Why not remove deathrattles from the game then? Holy shit people they are giving you solid answers to deathrattles but you still aren't pleased? Do you think it would be fair when every card in the game is out to counter deathrattle vards/decks?
I'd rather see something akin to a Blood Knight for deathrattles instead of a card that gets buffed and then destroyed by the deathrattle minions, who still get the benefit of their deathrattles. Really there's no good reason to NOT run deathrattles right now. I'm not sure this card is up to the job.
I know you asked for something that silences ALL enemy deathrattles, but that's pretty ridiculous, and might be limited to a legendary card because of how unique that effect would be.

As long as it is overcosted for the body, I think a minion that silences all deathrattles is a viable idea. Assuming it only silences deathrattle and not buffs, taunts, stealth, etc. It would be a very interesting card.
How exactly do you think sideboards are going to work in tournaments in their current format? Sideboarding is pretty lame if you get to include cards to specifically counter your opponents deck. I would puke if i heard someone say: "Oh no, i lost vs this deathrattle priest, better stack my next deck with cards that will enable me an easier win!".
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be happy with this card. D: We'll see if it's as good as I think it is!
EDIT: didn't read *ENEMY* minions! OHHH YEAH! :D

Solid card, only one enemy deathrattle on the table already makes it overbudgeted.
Why does blizzard keep making sideboard cards when we have no sideboard?
Undertaker will be long gone by the time anyone discovers a 1-cost Mech worth running.
Still, nice try at game balancing. Just a pity this didnt come out with Naxx back in July.

A card that's to niche to generally run in a deck, but great for countering something specific.
So your opponent has a Webspinner and a Haunted Creeper on the board. You play this and it becomes a 4/5 with Taunt. Not bad. Until he uses a Kill Command or a Hunter's Mark on your Lil' Exorcist.

Sorry, I meant a minion.
I am very happy with this one.

oh hey deathrattle wasn't prominent enough and frail enough, so heres a taunted minion for 3 mana that's huge with early deathrattle
