This card is too much if u play quest... 2 copies of 5/5 with rush.... Must be at least rare...
Common, Rare and Epic have absolutely nothing to do with powerlevel, but rather with complexity. Commons are simple, while epics are often crazy and and thus either deckdefining or hot garbage.
Only Legendaries are more powerful, that's why you can only have one copy in your deck, but two of all other rarities regardless of wether it's common, rare or epic.
I wouldn't call this card "simple" though. Should probably be at least a rare.
Lets talk about this card for arena. So its a 5 mana 3/3 with rush and a choose one effect. (1.effect) Gain +2/+2, so it becomes a 5 mana 5/5 with rush so for +1 mana you geet a "steel rager" with +4 health ( and the steel rager is already a somehow popular minion removal card, so this means that one should be almost a upgraded one) and 5 mana 5/5 already a top pick. It could also be a "cristal stag" with +1/+1 stats, ofcourse the stag requires you to heal yourself for 5 to get a copy. (2. effect) summon a copy of this minion (so another 3/3 with rush) which means for 5 mana you get 2 "rabid worgen" which is already a realy good rush card, or the other new rush warior card "restless mummy", so for 1 mana more you get both of them on the same time with one +1 health and the other +2, and as druid you can buff them. Its a flexible card and thats why i love it so i rate it 5/5.

Why? Because it's Choose One?
There are plenty of other common Choose One cards, and the choice involved in this one is extremely straightforward.

It's insane without the quest.
