Honestly this card just emphasizes how swingy and backbreaking certain cards can be in hearthstone, and gives you the right one you need to tableflip the game in most situations. It's a cool idea, but the effect is so powerful that this is the entire reason why highlander decks are working right now: a magical trump card to just always guarantee a "haha, fuck you I win" scenario.
I don't really know how to feel about it. One one hand it's cool and unique, and has an element of skill as to when you play it, but on the other hand not really since the desired card is always going to be obvious and tableflip the game.
It can offer Lord Jaraxxus (although this is a minion), but otherwise no. It can only offer you cards from the Classic and Basic sets, which include no Hero Cards.
AI still needs tweaking. One example - never gives Flare when up against a Hunter with like 5 secrets active.
Wrong. Play Zephrys the Great at 4 mana, and he'll probably offer you flare
You've been watching my games? I've played him at 4 mana, at 8 mana, at 6 mana...he has never offered flare when it would've been the best possible card for me at the time. If he's offered it you that's great - he has never offered it to me. Which is an issue.

No, I haven't been watching your games. But you wrote: "never gives Flare when up against a Hunter with like 5 secrets active". That is wrong. He does that.

Zephrys the Great is the climax I've been looking for in all these years of playing HS :D
It completes the game.
Is it...finished? :o
Well how about it doesn't do a thing when you have 2 copies of any other card in your deck?

Can Zephrys offer hero card?

I really think this card is far too powerful. Its far too cheap for a card that basically gives you what you need.
