Good reward - almost Justicar-level upgrade that also gives a minion an almost BoK - but healing 15 health is a lot, so while you could technically complete the quest at some point without ever building a deck dedicated to the quest, you'll more likely need to include some cards that help you reach that target. Given that healing your opponent's stuff counts, Wild Pyro/Northshire Cleric/Circle of Healing, could be important, and we could even see a resurgence of Injured Blademaster. Reborn minions, of course, may also be viable given that as far as we know they return damaged down to 1 health (rather than having their health set at 1), so can be healed up from that.
Given that it's not super easy to hit in a timely manner I'll wait until we can really start testing it out to see if it fulfills its potential, but a hero power that essentially gives a minion +3/+6 in ideal circumstances is amazing, and even just +3/+3 is great.
Zoo decks really don't want to skip turn 1, especially the ones with Grandmummy and Extra Arms. Maybe it could go into a more midrange priest, the kind that wants to turn 3 blademaster into turn 4 Psychopomp.
Hunter go face, cant waste 2 mana for upgrade hero power. Priest not really, this new hero power can be so strong for the class, good sinergy with reborn.
And Dinomancy HP could be used on turn 3, while this HP won't be used before turn 12. And this requieres the opponent to be dumb enough to leave (a lot high health) damaged minions on your board.

Looks good. Could be a little slow though.
Ah very good for zoo priest
I was unsure about this expansion, but since priest is my favorite class, I’m all in now. This is the easiest quest to complete and the best reward.
Hearthpwn: Zoo-Priest won't be a thing. Except for Spiteful Summoner there's not enough support.
Blizz: Hold my healing-potion!
Since when is Spiteful Summoner a zoo card? it's like saying Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound is a zoo card as well.
you don't really know what you are talking about...
So it’s still up in the air as to what that lamp was, eh? This is stupid good, though.

Do the death rattle cards that restore health to the enimy hero like Hench-Clan Shadequill count towards the quest? If so that's OP!
I think the Priest owning the quest must do the healing, not the enemy minion/hero, not even a friendly minion i think...
One of my Favorite decks back in the day was a Dinomancy hunter. this is like that, but better!
Junk

Assuming Zoo Priest is a thing, activating this quest will be incredibly easy with a wide board and a single Circle of Healing
I believe so, since it's technically you who restores the health. Not too sure though since it's hearthstone.
Remember pre-elease opinion on Dinomancy?
:) This hero power is basically
- restore 3 health
or
- give a minion + 3 / + 3-6 (without the random factor)

Reborn minions also give an opportunity to restore health so I think this may be easier to do than past experience might imply.
