zoo/tempo priest can finally be a thing with this quest.
15 health is not that hard honestly. and there are plenty of ways to fast forward healings. best coming to mind is the classic northshire, pyrmancer circle combo. which will also refuel your hand.
Ok, let's assume a match aggainst a current meta deck: (Control-)Mechwarrior. In this matchup every minion I play, wether it has Divine Shield or Reborn, will be dead (and therfore not healable) the next turn. The Warrior also doesn't do much damage on his own and because of his armor, Shadequill won't heal. You can only progress the quest if you: damage yourself, play damaged minions (to heal them on the same turn) or if you give stats to the opponent by healing him/his minions...

Eh, 15 health is not easy, especially when the opponent knows you are going for the quest.
IMO, restoring 15 health is a little too easy. I have yet to win a game against this quest, because it generates too much value once activated.
