I really like this card for two reasons right now. 1) very powerful effect, could fill your entire board 2) this could seriously screw with conjurer's calling on 10 cost minions like sea giant, also they could just get colossus of the moon and its probably game over. I could see this card being almost broken in any control/shudderwock shaman
I think this is ok and will win some games in the right deck, but it is both very slow and situational.
The best deck atm. is probably token druid, but I am not sure if a fast flood deck like that can afford do slow down even more with plenty of lategame boardfills already, but often starving for cards.
Mage will have to use spells like Blizzard to reach turn 10 and has limited card draw, so I am not convinced the value will be consistant enough. In control matchups, another boardfill could be good though.
Jepetto Joybuzz in a deck with very few minions could also be a nice synergy.
I can't call the card good, but I do hesitate to call it bad as well. It's simply too hard an effect to really wrap my head around without the context of the rest of the deck(s) and the meta it's in. I do think it has quite a few similarities to Dragoncaller Alanna although the timing of when to play the card is vastly different.
The place I see this card shinning is a win-condition for a control deck vs control decks (another big board to outlast the enemies board clears) and sometimes (rarely) it can be a hail mary vs faster decks if your spells don't have the right effect to handle your situation. However we have seen a meta with less aggro and some over the top control mirrors, so I think it's worth trying out, but it might need a bit more support for most classes to utilize effectively.
In terms of value I don't think it's hard to get plenty of board from it consistently (like 15 mana+ worth), but like Alanna you could often be in scenarios where turn 10 fill your board is a death sentence and thus not worth the build-around.
Honestly, this card seems a bit lazy since is it really going to have many spells on turn 10? I would have preferred it to be epic instead of legendary
10 mana, late-game AND hand dependant. It's not something you can play when you run out of steam like Alanna or Nzoth, no, you need to play it when you DO have steam in your hand. Just odd..

I voted playable.
Jepetto plus this could actually be quite interesting in a spell heavy deck. You can play Phaoris and then follow it up with a big spell to gain a huge tempo.

You only need a couple of spells to get value out of this.
I think this card's good. I can imagine a lot of mage, warlock, druid and priest decks running it. Even warrior, shaman or paladin, depending. Any control deck with some decent midrange to expensive costing spells.
Pretty cool! It's not a card you can just throw willy-nilly into any deck. It rewards players that pack a whole bunch if expensive spells in their deck. I like it.
card is good with that wicked Conjurer's Calling deck thanks to the stupid Mana Cyclone mage is never out of spells but if you have two mana spells you might summon Doomsayer it will cost one turn also have great synergy with Luna's Pocket Galaxy for one mana you can fill entire board
Druid & Warlock too as their big/heavy spells are expensive. Also (Shudderwock - Hagatha the Witch) Shaman will love this as their hand is usually full with spells.
I might be wrong but I can't see it for Rogue, Hunter, Warrior, Paladin or even Priest as it has a negative synergy with Plague of Death

Google search: Is Hearthstone free to play?
Priest now have 5 good spells 9 mana cost and 2 good 10 mana cost spells....
and also very many good 5 cost spells...
Prepare to die...
amazing card.

Lot of easy value you can get out of this, the problem is how many big spells (or midsized spells honestly) are worth running to make this card work

you want them to add a 4th yogg? How about never.
I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.

Most probably it will fit into Mage builds with Luna's Pocket Galaxy, Naga Sand Witch and Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron
