There are a lot of people not getting how powerful Reborn is, even after so many slept on Mecharoo.
I don't think it's good on it's own. It's a very slightly better Master Swordsmith. Which is to say, it's not good.
+1 ATK at the end of your turn scarcely does anything useful because you have to wait to take advantage of it. I don't think adding reborn to this matters.
Conversely, the Priest card yesterday gives +1/1 and the chance to use it proactively by trading.
We are both right - this card will see play with the Quest - but that makes me feel bad for the quest if it has to play the caliber of Reborn minions we've seen so far. At least Crystology will get you there pretty quickly, but eehhhhh...not pumped about having to fill my deck with this and Wasteland Assassin.
If this is played, I think it's because the quest exists, and little else.

That’s true, this will always go into a quest deck. Wich has somewhat anti synergy, since you wanna play a sticky 1 drop on turn to trigger the mummy’s effect.
The issue here is this card is rather useless in a Mech Paladin since it would only make the deck worse. It doesn’t magnatises to anything doesn’t reduces mana, and is very bad to get from your ( most likely) wincondition, Kangors endless army.
Aggressive decks can’t really run this card, since we learned from the Hunter quest how crippling it is to skip turn 1. And if you don’t play the quest on 1 , the mummy is only maaaybe a slightly better Warsmith. Not really the best aggro card.
Last thing, i doubt people actually slept on Mecharoo. Like someone mentioned ( the mummy is almost like a) Haunted Creeper, it always depends on the synergy cards. Would Haunted Creeper been so good without (unnerved) Knife Juggler or Undertaker? Would Mecharoo be played over Argent Squire if we didn’t had Zilleax or Sn1p Sn4p?
Maybe we get that kind of powerful synergy card , but somehow I doubt this.

The Dude-Heropower is somewhat of a needed balance/weakness here. Secondly, your Kangors would often spawn trash anyways if you use Emperor Wraps on most of your other mechs on the way to the endgame. Thirdly, how do you fit 8-10 Reborn-minions in a consistent mech deck? Not.

Sure Tirion or Cairne are also good but one offs , Mechanoegg , Zilleax , Mechanicalwhelpling are at least equal , and with Kangors army you get an almost gamewinning reward. Generally, Control Warrior or Shaman dont have problems clearing the army tho, this is were the heropower could come in handy. I seriously doubt it would be "totally overpowered".
They already showed how to slove the problem of how to not run a deck with full of bad (themed)minions so you wouldnt have to run 10 reborn cards , like if you had a card that reads :reborn+battlecry add 2 1/1 reborn mummys to your hand, for example knida like this guy Igneous Elemental

Reborn doesn't retain magnetized, there is no reason to think so. Unless it specifically says that the card retains enchantments after dying. When this dies with something magnetized to it, this card will just be Reborn as a 1/1.
Overall it is an okay card but nothing spectacular. Might see experimentation in mech aggro decks or flood decks.

Like prhyu mentioned , reborn minions dont keep stuff attached to them unlike Immortal Prelate , no buffs or Magnetic Mechs . Mike Donais said in that show he was invited in, reborn behaves like Redemption .
Also Mech Paladin is a solid deck but it doesnt get stronger with this expansion, while other classes get more powerful stuff, and removal.
Y'all, this isn't quite as good as Grand Mummy, but Palladin has more early game cards than priest. This will almost definitely see play in an aggressive deck. Doesn't even have to be Mechs either.
if you magnetize it does it keep reborn with stats ?

What do you mean? Of course it does work. This card is not magnetic and magnetizing is just like adding a buff. It's like playing a buff spell like Seal of Champions.
If Pala quest becomes a midrangy controlish deck you could think about running this as a 1 off to specifically hit Zilliax with it for a later Kangors which would give A reborn Zilliax and a normal one +another mech that may or not died.
If this card had magnetize, it would be absolutely terrifying. You could put it on Zilliax to summon another Zilliax without having to worry about it screwing up your Kangor's Endless Army or use it as an egg enabler.

Seems like a card good for an Aggro Pally deck or Quest obviously. You certainly don't want this in a Magnetic deck!
