I think this is how blizzard should continue to design resurrect priest cards(if they must continue). Having them attached to poor stated minions and minions you frankly hope aren't targeted by random rez effects gives them a critical mass. Hell, people don't even run Onyx Bishop most of the time because of that. If they initially tied their rez effects to understated minions, it would lose it's reliability, which is the true problem with Rez priest right now, reliability(After the big RNG of drawing barnes early I suppose).
I really like the card. A minion with very low stats that resurrects another minion and also gives Reborn. It's a resurrect card that Big Priest does not support, and that's always good. So they should continue to create resurrection cards like this, bad minions in stats that give a lot of value and tempo for their Battlecry effect.
yesterday when i looked at this card i could've sworn it was 3 mana. did that get corrected or was i just too drunk yesterday? anyway, for 4 mana it's still pretty good, though maybe not meta-defining as i initially thought. curves out well with injured blademaster, harvest golem or scarlet crusader.

Good card. Has a lot of uses. Just have to see the rest of what's releasing. Stall game, call back doomsayers, snip snaps in some sort of mech priest, early game lackey priest, maybe even something to deal with token/aggro calling back wild pyros.
You are welcome. Just check HS official Twitter so you won't get puzzled anymore (;. I have got at least 1 more account but seems like i had got this Twitch account free of connection; anyways it wouldn't have been a problem (:
I dont think its that good as you need something worth ressing and this has antisynergy with itself. But the reborn bonus is pretty good for drattle and wall builds
I thought it was crap at 3 mana.. Does this really cost 4 lol ? I hope priest gets an insane overstated 3 drop that synergies with Psychopomp or else this card is trash

???
Worst Case it is a 5/3 when it resurrects a 1/1 wich is ok for 4 mana. But everything else is pretty good or at least above average.
This card may not break the meta immediately, but I have no doubt that somebody will find a way to make it do absolutely broken and degenerate things in the next year. Revival effects are inherently powerful and can easily be ridiculously oppressive if Blizzard isn't careful when designing sets...and this is Blizzard we are talking about.
People need to get over the whole Big Priest, thing.
This is potentially pretty good. I don't think it's as much of a slam dunk as some are suggesting.
1) It has bad synergy with itself, 2) the pool of minions worth resurrecting is on the small side, 3) bad synergy with anything that creates tokens 4) and it's still in the priest class.
So yeah - the effect is quite good, but it'll require some clever deck building or obvious minion inclusions from this set.
Without more support, this card is Playable at best. More support in the forms of 3 drop deathrattles that DONT summon tokens but that do something to affect the board. Priest might also need more Lackey support and if they do, they can include the 2 drop to get a Lackey, then they can play this on turn 3 with the Coin.
In Wild, this doesn't quite fit into Big Priest. This can however work perfectly in a Wild Quest Deathrattle Priest deck and be very effective there.
I like the card and the Reborn can be crazy powerful if it hits the right minion.
So Deathrattles that generate more cards in hand would make this insanely useful.

The worse case is a 3/1 and a 1/1 token that has Reborn (effectively a Mecharoo); this is terrible.
It feels like it about as good as Onyx Bishop, which did nothing to revive Priest. It is also likely to have the same fate.
Strong effect, but it will destroy the minion resurrect pool for ressurect priest. BUT... I could definitely see this as a super strong draw mechanic on turn 4 after playing Loot Hoarder and/or Dead Ringer.

Exactly. This is not the kind of rez card everyone is used to, and the old guidelines do not apply. People seem to be missing the fact that any card you rez with this is going to be good, even if it hits another Psychopomp.
It's a fantastic midrange value card, not a slow control-combo card. That's why it has a terrible body and a midrange price tag. But deathrattle is where is shines.
I'm crazy by saying that even harvest golem is already good enough with it?

Yeah it was an error of hearthpwn.
Imagine if you summon Mechanical Whelp.... holy fuck

did you create an account just for that post? well, thanks. i really began to question my memory as i was so sure about it being 3 mana.

I thank this card is really strong... You could easily run this in almost every Tempo and Control Value based decks.

In addition to the card-draw possibilities, there's EVIL Conscripter, Test Subject, or even Splitting Sapling.
