I don't think that this necessarily requires you to rush to complete the request by turn 4 at the expense of all of your tempo. Nor does it need to be cast on turn 1 if you are curving your early turns.
I just don't know how easy it will be to get the quest done without falling behind too far. In a control meta this shouldn't be an issue, but in an aggro meta I do not think it is possible to play many of the worse choose one cards since you will be busy with keeping up the tempo, trying not to waste any mana crystals and then many of the choose one cards are not playable.
Seeing how insane was deck based around "Choose one" in Dalaran Heist, I can imagine how powerful this would be. However, this quest requires you to sacrifice first few turns. Could be a problem in aggro-heavy meta.
Also, this quest makes good use of the coin. On any turn that you have used all your mana, just use that coin, so the turn counts for quest.
This in standard so far seems okay-ish given we don't know which other choose one cards may come out in this expansion yet. But in wild Jade Druid will INSTANTLY become tier 1 deck, and given that I'm a wild Jade Druid main, I want this quest so bad I can't even describe it.

Well, it's also a lot easier to complete. it will complete itself later on, almost without you trying.

All choose one cards are really good cards when the quest is done. Maybe not Ancient of Lore and Crystal Power (how does that work anyway, is it heal for 3? I gotta test it with Fandral Staghelm when I can), but even Tending Tauren or even Mark of Nature are good value.

As others have already said...in order this to be really good, the 2 following conditions need to happen in the next meta game:
1. Aggro cannot be good or common.
2. More Choose cards, specifically cards that help you regain the board.

This card is amazing. It can be completed early and doesn't require any additional cards to pull this off. Nice.
You would deal 2 damage then heal the same target for 5...Crystal Power is not a very good card to use with this.
