I thinlk this card is really strong and good for a few different decks. Druid and Besat Hunters come to mind, and so does Murloc Shaman/Shudderwock combos!!. Its like a 3rd silence card if you have to trade your minions to get thru to the face, u can play this card and re stasck your board. Plus, with Shudderwock sometimes AOE the board, this Battlecry might revive them!! Which is amazing considering how expensive it is to play Hagatha and Shudderwock!!
This is a really good point. It has potentially insane value with Shudderwock. I can't wait to experiment with it.
On the one hand, Kel'Thuzad did never see play before Wild and Standard were introduced. And even in wild it was only sometimes included in BIG Priest but nowhere else. High Inquisitor Whitemane does the same, but is not even an ongoing threat. Admitted, it is 1 mana cheaper, but it is very situational and a 7 mana 6/8 do nothing did never make the cut (it's bad to play it without its effect giving you value).
On the other hand, Bonemare (for 7 mana) also needed a board and was nerfed since it was too strong and in every deck. Maybe Withemane can also use the synergy with Cairne Bloodhoof. But then again, Bonemare did not need your minion to die, but was just a 10/10 for 7 (5/5 of it with charge) as soon as you had a board.
I don't think this will be played in a competetive deck. I voted bad.
I like the card in part because of her situational ability. It restricts her power level, and I guess is kind of a win-more card. It feels about rigth for a classic legenedary - not overpowered, not easy to abuse (Watch me eat my words in 2 months lol), etc...

Situational midrange card, only good if you:
-Have a good board.
-Can trade off all your minions.
Also note that you will lose all buffs when your minions resurrect, but there are some potential deathrattle synergies.
