How is this being lowballed so hard? Its a 3m 3/2 that on battlecry of giving you a random legendary minion in your hand. Like this just gives rogues a new card to play that they can do. Play Brightwing, get a random legendary, bounce back to hand with Shadowstep or Youthful Brewmaster or Waggle Pick. then play it again.

Because random legendaries are bad. Also, Rogue has Faceless Collector. If it wanted to do what you're saying, it already can, and with echo.

Those who are given more in life, must not cling to it, but risk it all at every moment!
I love this card. Simple, effective and a 3-mana dragon to fill in the gap that is usuall fairly sparse for dragon decks. :-) Perfect! And nicely statted and doesn't seem overpowered either.
Only viability I see is in Dragon Paladin, where a 3 5/4 is actually good, and the get a random legendary, which is pretty crap people (from a rogue main that tried to make Face Collector work and failed completely), is basically gravy...still, you could argue even in that case Faerie Dragon is just better for avoiding spells. I dunno, seems just fun jank to me. However if Dragon Priest get's more support, I could see this in a Talanji build, but since that deck is very bad atm, not much hope for that.

Honestly I wish it was closer to her Heroes of the Storm characterisation. It has the same stats as Faerie Dragon I guess, but protection from spells, polymorphing a minion, even aoe healing would be considerably more thematic. It's an alright card, and a low cost dragon activator, but as a permanent addition to classic it's disappointingly bland.
I am curios, what is the chance to activate Vendetta with it? Aka what is rogue+neutral legendaries\other class legendaries ratio.
In Standard:
No. of Rogue Legendaries: 9 No. of Neutral Legendaries : 44 (+ 2 if you include the new ones) Total legendaries in Standard Format (All classes & Neutrals) : 125 (+2)
Chance of getting a non-Rogue Class legendary from Brightwing: (1 - (55 / 127)) * 100 = 56.69 %
The original Classic set had no such thing as adding entirely random cards to your hand out of thin air. Ysera adds 1 out of 5 possible special cards to your hand, while Thoughtsteal (and other Priest effects) were limited to your opponent's deck. The only actual "random" effect was Bane of Doom, and that only after it was changed. Originally, it summoned one out six possible demons.
I really dislike how they retroactively force this concept into the core set with Tome of Intellect, Pilfer, Call of the Void, and now with this. There are a handful of random card generators every single expansion - the game really doesn't need more of those. This isn't what Classic should be about.
As for the card itself, it's not spectacular. As others have pointed out, it feels off that it has no spell immunity, and otherwise is essentially a neutral Toki, Time-Tinker with a different pool of outcomes. It might be ok for Dragon decks, and new players might think it's so cool to get two legendary minions in one card, but that's about it.
This card will be added to the Classic set and will replace a Legendary moved to the Hall of Fame.

Cheap dragon that can fit as activator, sadly i don't see more reasons to play it, ok for fun, but i mean competitivly
Agreed. 3-cost Dragon. Could be a good activator or support card at some point.
I must say though -- when I first saw the card art, I was really hoping it was a Murloc. xD
Worth a pick in Arena. Not sure about ranked..
A 3-mana Dragon that replaces itself in hand will surely find a use, at least in some Dragon decks.
Perhaps, the Dragon-based version of Giant Conjurer Mage can make a comeback?

I think that's enough reason. The amount of playable dragons is usually pretty tight. This one isn't good, but it's playable.

I would like it more if battlecry will be add a random legendary Dragon to your hand
Or, "from your class", make it more consistent for the player and deck at least, but probably it would be a bit dangerous.

When exactly is a 3-mana 5/4 NOT good...? o.O :-P

Legendaries were supposed to be more unique than being just a Weaponized Pinata but Dragon and Legendary not Epic.
Yeah its Battlecry but the effect is the same.
ok and how are we going to put new cards in clasic set ? Just saying NEW in CLASIC ???
Does not compute
Hooked HearthStone player
Greets SinFull
(Sin is in)
Once Blizz adds some more Dragon cards this will be a nice addition. May see some play in a current Dragon Warrior deck.

Also, why it doesn't have protection from spells? It seems so unthematic.
