I do not have the infamous weapon thief and am wondering if it’s a must craft for standard (I’m at rank 2 and face nothing but rogues). I know it’s kind of a niche card and only will see play in a meta infested with weapons, but he definitely fills his role.. thoughts?
Exactly he's a classic which makes him a much safer craft. Yet, he's a tech card and never really a must. Personally I used him a lot over the years though.
What deck are you playing? Because depending on which ooze can be better
Bomb hunter but rogues are bending me over right now so I’m thinking of switching to Control Shaman or warrior. I do have 13.5k dust from the rotation so maybe I’m being a little greedy haha
If i were u, i make a research. Like when may use it, is it an advantage, the body value is ok? Or still behind the board or something? Classic legendaries are always valuables, but what if its not a weapon meta? Is it worth for your decks to draw with the removal or 50-50?

If you're going to stick to bomb hunter then ooze is better imo (tempo is better than draw vs rogue). If you end up playing control warrior I recommend harrison though.
Overall, I think it's a safe craft, but if I were you I wouldn't craft it until needed.
he might not be the most powerful dude out there. but he will always be out there. he is classic, and he will pop up every now and then, so you probably wont regret it.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
I got him in a pack and have been quite eager to use him, but I find that I'm always favouring Ooze.
This is mainly because Ooze is cheaper, so allows you to remove the weapon on earlier turns and/or allow you to make additional plays afterwards. Also, I tend to favour control, so don't have an issue with card draw.
He is typically a little worse then Ooze in most decks, and it's hard for a lot of people to craft a legendary that often looses its spot to a common. But when he is the better choice it really shows, for example if your deck likes card draw. Thats why he is much better then Ooze in warrior right now; that three draw off of weapons project is huge. He is a safe craft sure, but not a card you can just throw in any deck that needs weapon removal, since the curve Ooze provides is often more important. If your done buying classic packs, don't have anything else on your make list or really want to play warrior right now, he is worth the craft, otherwise he'll probably feel like a waste of dust.
He's used a lot in a decks that don't have a ton of card draw, when there's a lot of weapons about.
This is certainly one of those times he is very useful. Also Tesspionage is doing quite well with all the control decks floating about, so you could potentially refill your hand if you hit one of those. (it is the durability right, or is it the attack?)
either way, great card for when there's weapons about. even better for decks with limited draw.
They've made card draw such a big premium in this new rotation, if your deck is even a bit greedy Harrison is pretty solid; saving some damage and drawing a card or two while getting a 5/4 is strong value now...it's also a must craft in control warrior if that's your thing.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
I think just about any legend card is better to be crafted than harrison, because his role can be eqsily filled woth other carfs, just that he is better in certain situations, migjt as well get a meme or wild only legendary that is fun and can be use to make new decks imo.
I say it´s a save craft to be often used. But all is said. Some decks just run ooze ovre him. I used him in my zoolock but went back to ooze there. Absolutely great in control warrior. Also use him if i don´t want to run cheap minions when i use Witchwood Piper or in paladin Call to Adventure.
In the current standard meta he's definitelly got his spot in a lot of decks. He's a tech card, he'll see play if the metagame demands it, has seen play. But if there are other legendaries that you're missing I think you can always pass on Harrison Jones.

Hello,
I do not have the infamous weapon thief and am wondering if it’s a must craft for standard (I’m at rank 2 and face nothing but rogues). I know it’s kind of a niche card and only will see play in a meta infested with weapons, but he definitely fills his role.. thoughts?
He's a solid classic legendary... Why not. If you have spare dust, it's definitely worth it.
However, if you are short on dust, craft something else, because he can be replaced by Acidic Swamp Ooze.
yes its a classic card and i dont think its too powerful to get hall of famed

Yes, he is one of the best classic legendaries and as long as there is weapons he will see play

I would not spend 1600 dust for a third Ooze but that's just me.

He is fantastic with Weapons Project.
He is a safe craft because weapon-heavy metas will always exist.

While useful, Harrison Jones is a luxury craft. Oozes can replace him, and you can run two of those. Just craft him if you're swimming in dust.
