is mind control tech a good card to have in control shaman, would shudderwok then potentially steal more minion from the opponents side.
has anyone tried this interaction ,please? how does it fair? do they still need over 4 minions on board for the shudderwok replays to work, and can it back fire and give my opponent my minions as well?
It might be good tech, but not for Shudderwock repeating it. If you get that far vs such deck, you already won anyway lol. But it might help you in the early game, pretty much the way it always did.
As a f2p with homebrews, I play it with shudderwock. If I'm up against a class that doesn't play a lot of early minions I'll just tempo-play it and make use of the battlecry with shudderwock. It's ok as a 3-drop, it usually gets removed fast which means less removal left for your other stuff.
For me shudderwock is like zul'jin in hunter but with battlecries. It refills my hand from menacing nimbus, the mech that adds a 1/1 rush elemental in your hand, the lackey guy and krag'wa. it silences from owl (yes that's really in my deck, over the 4-mana one as well) it steals from mct, it gets additional stats from the new 8 mana 4/4 that gains +2/+2 for each friendly minion on board (some innkeeper) I mainly use the cheap spark(s) and lackey(s) for value with hagatha later on. I never saw the appeal of using it as a OTK-device. It just has amazing utility if you know how to survive as shaman.

sounds cool. I have a sort of home brew deck as well. it is starting to look more normal now, ha ha. I will have to look for this 8 mana card.
I am really interested now in making a deck with specially selected battlecries to do some crazy stuff.
I know running it with murlocs is good as well. You can use the shudderwok in a similar way to refill the board again and recast buffs and stuff. you can use the barista as well to have double the amount of battlecries.
Heh, writing my post earlier got me in the mood to play. The card I mean is heroic innkeeper. Also walking fountain is great, made a warrior concede when he pulled it with his hecklebot :D

ha ha, that would have been awesome. yeah I'm running that at the minute as well.
played two games tonight and first was a thief rogue that just destroyed me and the 2nd was conjurer mage that destroyed me. where's all the aggro decks so I can punish them.
I need more healing though I think. I'm gonna have to get a 2nd brew.

I have an omega mind in my deck, with hagatha's scheme it can easily heal you back to full but even a few cheap spells can get you out of a dicey situation.

mega mind looks decent for that play. I don't have any though. Just running a single copy of brew, the fountains and zilliax for healing.
yeah this happened all the time in shudderwock shaman combo deck. it could win you games you had no right to. I think MC Tech is pretty good in this meta right now in some matchups.
slow control shudderwock shaman would be a really good deck right now if it wasn't for Rogues.

if you bring some thunderheads and stuff you have a better chance Vs. the rogues. you kind of have to build it with more of an aggressive early game IMO. It can hurt you Vs. warriors, but not by much and you can still beat them. Warrior can just turtle up insane amounts so you have to do tons of damage to them. At some point you must start to trying to wreck face with spells from hagatha and as much as you can with minions.
How did you even got that confused? How would it steal a minion from you if it's Your shudderwock.. the only way that somethinh like that would hapoen is if your opponent played sylvannas

because it says "targets chose at random" so I wasn't sure if it meant all effects were random. I guess it makes sense really as when playing hunter with zul'jin, the opponent doesn't get your wyverns. it's the same thing in hindsight.

It will take opponent's if they have 4 or more when mctechs battlecry triggers from shudderwock.
might be good Vs. decks that go for wide boards then like token druid.

Something I was testing a while ago but didnt play it enough to fine tune it. Flightmaster and hecklebot get more bodies on their side.
should probably run 2 sunfuries instead 2 sabetours(just 1).

looks like it would be fun to play. I will check out some of those cards. a few I don't have though.
Swampqueen is unimportant.I just have her so I have to use her.

same. she is still a good card to have though. I like using her. I use her in my murlocs decks as well. might as well.
