This thread's main purpose is to advise how to craft cards based on card play and winrates. If you are not sure which card to craft, then this is the appropriate place to ask. We only recommend dusting golden epics until you know you will not buy any more packs from the corresponding set.
Disclaimer: A thread like this can not please everyone; the meta game is dynamic, so if you have suggestions or know possible uses for cards, feel free to tell them here! We recommend you to use links and sources to clarify your claim more.
Please note that some cards may not be craftable and only obtainable from adventures and rewards.

Why exactly is Tier 2 called "Tech"? A lot of the cards in the tier are not tech cards (Magic Carpet, Murloc Warleader, etc.) while a lot of cards in the other tiers are tech cards (Hungry Crab, E.M.P. Operative, etc.). I would suggest renaming Tier 2 to something like "Good" in order to avoid confusion.

Tier 2 is the ranking for cards that are tech choices in Tier 1 decks, and staples in Tier 2 decks, also cards which see play in multiple mid tier decks and have decent winrate are included. Calling it "good" would feel more confusing imo, also it should be coherent with the legendary thread.

all users who have made suggestions to keep the guide updated!
I love this thread already.
.
nice job !
i agree with 99% of list but i think u underrate Rummaging Kobold he sees play in wild jade shaman i think he at least deserve tier 3 or 4
I have looked at it but it sees little play in jade shaman. Anyway, I put him in Tier 4.
Nerubian Unraveler should be T2 since it is a staple in Darkest Hour Warlock.
Hammer of twilight is in the TGT section ,even though it is a whispers card.
Hobgoblin should be T4 or even T3 since it sees play in Zoolock according to HSReplay.
Hobgoblin should be T2 for his usage in zoolock (which is quite strong) and for being a tech option in Token Druid and Quest Hunter.
crystallizer should be t3 or even t2 as it's pretty popular in carpetlock.
thank you for making this
thank you also for this guide
Small Time Recruits should be T3 or even T2 as it is a staple in the new Murloc Pala.
Also Magic Carpet should be Wild T2.
Siltfin should be T3-T2, as it has a good winrate and sees a decent amount of play in Murloc Shaman.
Is Glacial Mysteries T6? It doesn't even appear on this list!
Yep that was an oversight, ty.
Faldorei has fallen in both Popularity and Winrate. I suggest a T3 placement or even T4.
