-edit. Best joke of the season! But okay honestly your so far from being right. And therr are so many many many better cards. First of all hench clan hogsteed can only be played in a few situations for only a few classes.. when behind on board vs a ressurect priest on turn 14 do you want to draw this card...No right? Just because a card has some kind of value or effect doesnt mean its good. Speaking of value this is just a 3/2 2 mana minion....
So by "a few classes in a few situations" you mean "basically every aggro deck" right?
It ticks off so many boxes that it will be played because it fits roles and the card pool is its smallest.
Also, your example of losing to res priest presumes that res priest stabilized against an aggressive deck...which, ya know, is how the fucking game works. If you stabilize, you should win.
Shadowy Figure has a TON of potential just simply based on the fact that it is a 2-mana minion that can copy Da Undatakah and produce insane value. We are one or two good deathrattles away from this being a brutal finisher.
this combo doesn't work. undatakah has a battlecry, not a deathrattle.
I think Hecklebot and Unseen Saboteur are kinda over-rated since they only get played if certain types of decks are in the meta (kinda like how Skulking Geist has come in and out of the meta to deal with things like cubelock and jade druid in the past).
Safeguard is quite underrated in my opinion but that may be just because I play warrior exclusively.
I'm personally of the belief that Tunnel Blaster and Safeguard are being fairly slept on, especially the former due to the *desperate* need for AoE in this meta. As for overrated, IDK, as there are a lot that I feel people are assuming too much of from a lot of different classes. I do think that any hype behind Rogue's kit (besides new Tog) is completely justified, and that Underbelly Fence will be nerfed quickly.

Hunter has 2 archetypes supported in this set. Deathrattle and spelltype. Shaman could be playing this card because of all the cards that support murloc.. Warrior wants greedy big minions this set. Lady ashmore... the last thing you want to draw from ashmore is a 2 mana 3/2 mana minion. Too slow to weak to ineffective.
To call this the best card of the set... crazy

Nozari is definitely underrated, just think of the fact that forbidden healing saw play, which is in most cases worse than Nozari. If there is any control type paladin, Nozari will be in it.

Yes, it does work, because Undatakah is a deathrattle minion once it hits the board. It doesn't work with Umbra because of the battlecry stipulation and won't come back with N'Zoth, but it is considered a deathrattle minion while it is on the board.

Hecklebot [/card] 100%, [card]unseen saboteur is too be seen as its a specific hate card that requires a specific meta to be good (like the Skulking Geist).
Im hopeful but Recurring Villain in an Undahtakah deck will make it underrated. Magic Dart Frog is another card to watch if the swarm decks get out of control

Those cards aren't overrated at all. If combo becomes meta then these cards become Meta defining it's that simple. Tech cards aren't always good for each meta, hence the term tech; yet there prescence in the game allows decks to beat combo if it ever becomes to popular.

Although midrange hunter has not been directly supported, it's probably still going to be good (just not as crazy), and it's going to want to run hogsteed. It is easily in the top 5 neutrals of the set imo

Beast synergy - Master's Call
Murloc synergy - Murloc Shaman
Rush synergy - Warrior
Rush/Deathrattle Synergy - Ashmore

Hogsteed is definently the best Neutral in the set.
