If this is Hagatha's callback card (calling back to echo), it should probably feature the echo keyword. I know they generally don't like to reuse a keyword like that outside of the set it was created for, but the callback cards seem like an okay place to break that rule.
Yall have any idea how important this is for Ctrl Shaman? This is THE card that gives Ctrl Shaman any chance of working. Ctrl Shaman would still be bad but I'm swear I'm going to take full advantage of this particular card and run the deck anyway.
So.. how many times can this be used? Like (max) 5 times (meaning it should have the keyword echo) or only twice (meaning it should have the keyword twinspell). Make up your mind Blizzard!
Apparantly the reason this doesn't have the Echo keyword is because Echo is a Witchwood mechanic only. And apparently concerned about new players or returning players months or year from now dunno what Echo is if they haven't been around for Witchwood. Kinda doesn't make sense since they printed a new card with the Mega-Windfury mechanic, a mechanic that was only on 1 minion and that was 4 frickin' years ago.
Anyways with that out of the way I tested a lot with this card and it's not bad. Played it with Soup Vendor and it was okay, kinda like a mini Gadgetzan Auctioneer only kinda better since you are healing while drawing unlike Gadgetzan that would just draw most of the time.
just played a game with Dogs Mecha’thun shaman. Was already completely through my deck, but had a brew left in my hand beside my combo. I played it once, played the combo and....nuttin. Just lost as I was left without anything, after my mechathun just dissolved.
It didn’t trigger, because I had “a card” left in my hand. I do understand that they did not want to make another echo card, whatever. But with the card sayin “repeatable this turn” this just does not seem fair to me. It explicitly doee not state “put a card back into your hand” or something like this and imo this is just not communicated as it should be.
What do you guys think about it? Did it happen to you as well? This control warrior I have had some fun I guess...

An excellent illustration of why the keyword is better than what they wrote. You had no way of knowing this would act like the keyword, and the wording of the card itself can never explain in enough detail what's going to happen.
(Then again, I'm not sure how you would expect to be able to "repeat it this turn" if it doesn't return a temporary card to your hand.)
Regarding your second point: let’s assume it is a temporary card. If you cast it once with a full hand and then draw a card (e.g through deathrattle), you can go to 10 regular cards plus this blurry repeatable as the 11th “card”. In my opinion, this also indicates that it should not be treated as a card in your hand, as you can exceed the hand limitation with it. That’s why originally assumed, that I can throw my combo as outlined before.

The lack of consistency in wording, when the effect is EXACTLY THE SAME, drives me mad.
C'mon team5! If you have the guts to bring back an old mechanic, have the balls to word it as it deserves.
On a sidenote, I like the art and flavour of this card. Potions and Brews are always nice on cards.

Combo it with Soup Vendor to gain 16 life and draw 4 cards.

Exactly.

But that's not really an argument for using the Echo keyword, as it would work the same either way.
What DOES support the argument is that if you already know Echo cards work this way, you'd know what to expect if they used the same keyword here.
