A deck running a lot of 1 drops isnt necessarily a deck that wants a lot of rush trades.
Zoolock would be fine trading, they are both aggro and tempo. The +1 attack makes for great trades then zoolock goes face in the midgame after they win the early board. Also the 1/6 can curve into dark iron or argus for more value trades.
This is a pretty incredible card. Works really well for some of the low-curve zoo decks and the stats pass the vanilla test. To the comment saying that decks running 1-drops don't want rush trades, I disagree as it allows you to efficiently trade with higher health taunts.
Magic Carpet - Its small yet fierce riders are affectionately known as rug rats.
Well, it's not what we both wanted, but it can still be taken as a reference to Alladin (rug rat ≈ street rat). As a bonus, the flavour text makes a note of that Nickelodeon show.
I feel like with this rotation the developers got all the freedom they were craving for ever since the year of the mammoth and now the ideas/flavours/crazyness is just flowing in.
Even if that doesn't see any play, I still like it.

This can actually be insane for some decks. I mean shit, its houndmaster shaw for 1 costs but you get two of them. For hunter decks already using shaw and toxmonger this is going to slot right in and make things like halazzi and springpaw potentially very nasty
I just like the idea of these 1 cost minions swooping down on a carpet shouting gibberish while plowing headfirst into the firs thing they see.
I mean, thats how I envision minions with rush. They run head first into something hoping to weaken it.
Fun card, good flavor and it will see some experimentation in Wild with the other 1 cost card minion.
These kind of cards can never be rated 1 star, it has some minor potential to work in Standard. But not good enough to throw into any old deck. A good solid 2 star card because it could work.
Love the flavor of this card. Everytime I play this card Steppenwolf begins to play in my head and I can just picture minions hopping onto the carpet and dive bombing into the opponents minion.
Also think this card has potential to be really busted so long as powerful one drops continue to get printed. 6 Health is also really difficult to run over on turn 3 so this card pretty much always gets value.

This is strong. Maybe too strong, especially being neutral. We can at least be glad they have basically replaced charge with rush.
This is OP! Without any text a 3 cost 1/6 is very good. With this specific text it becomes Legen... wait is this EPIC?
Believe in potential; the multiverse blesses some beings with extraordinary traits, with the potential to do—to be—great things.
3mana 1/6 is crap. Its too slow, trades with nothing, only hope for this card is zoolock but still seems bad. I wouldnt play it.
no one asked that before --> will it give the effect to itself? im not sure tbh - but probably no

If the flavor text isn't “Yo, Rug man! Haven’t seen you in a few millennia. Give me some tassel." I will be very disappointed.

I prefer the "A whole new world" reference.

Has some synergy with Scargil.

Horrid card to much health for to little mana with a snowball effect, the rush element really screws you over
Bad card, shouldn’t even be rare, especially epic.
That card is basically a class zoolock card since they run around 15 of the 1 drops.
